"Apartment was great, property management service was dreadful"
The location and the apartment themselves were fantastic. Loved being on the water and the close access to Vauxhall tube. It was a much quieter area of London, which suited us perfectly.
What could be improved: We discovered on our first morning, that our fob to get into the apartment complex did not work (access had been revoked), which meant we were unable to leave our apartment because we wouldn’t be able to get back into the building. We lost our entire first day in London dealing with the property manager to get this fixed. They provided no updates throughout the day and only sent someone to assist in the early evening, with the matter finally being resolved at 8.00pm that night. Very poor management and customer service.

What could be improved: The hot water didn’t work, tv in bedroom didn’t work and the intercom for entry did not work and with a group of 4 people there was only one set of keys, with no intercom working we had to travel down the stairs to open front door every time someone wanted to get back in all easy to repair

"Toller Ausgangspunkt für die Erkundung von London"
Die Lage und Aussicht waren phänomenal. Wir haben sehr gern auf dem Balkon gesessen und den Blick über die Stadt schweifen lassen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer waren komfortabel und gemütlich. Auch die Betreuung war sehr gut, von der Schlüsselübergabe am ersten und letzten Tag bis zum Umgang mit dem kleinen Problem, das wir mit der Wassertemperatur hatten. Wir konnten immer jemanden erreichen und es kamen umgehend Handwerker, die sehr nett waren und das Problem gelöst haben.
