First Impressions
The Loft – Spacious Luxury 2 bed 2 bath with FREE Secure Parking and tube close by caught me completely off guard in the best possible way. Honestly, when I first spotted this apartment on Boundaries Road, I wasn’t expecting much from the outside — just another converted property in Wandsworth. But stepping inside? Well, that’s when you realize this four-star gem actually delivers on its promises.
The Space Itself
The loft conversion here is genuinely impressive — they’ve made smart use of every square foot without making it feel cramped. Both bedrooms are properly sized (not those shoebox affairs you sometimes get in London), and having two full bathrooms means you’re not queuing up in the morning if you’re traveling with friends or family. The main living area has this open, airy feel that you don’t always find in converted spaces, and the kitchen is actually functional enough that you could cook a proper meal if you wanted to save some money on eating out.
Location & Getting Around
Here’s what I love about this spot in Wandsworth — you’re close enough to central London without paying those Zone 1 prices. The tube connection is solid; you can get to Victoria in about 15 minutes, which opens up the whole city pretty quickly. What’s brilliant though is that parking situation — finding free, secure parking anywhere in London is like striking gold, and they’ve actually managed it here. If you’re driving in from outside the city, that alone makes this place worth considering.
The Neighborhood Feel
Wandsworth has this nice residential vibe that’s refreshing after dealing with touristy areas all day. There’s a decent selection of local pubs and cafes within walking distance, plus a proper supermarket if you need to stock up on basics. I mean, it’s not the most exciting area in London, but sometimes you want somewhere quiet to decompress after a long day of sightseeing. The local high street has enough going on to keep you fed and entertained without the chaos you get in central zones.
Why Guests Love It
That 9.5 rating isn’t just luck — it’s the combination of space, practicality, and value that’s hard to find in London accommodation. You’re getting a proper room to spread out (two of them, actually), reliable transport links, and you’re not paying through the nose for the privilege. The secure parking is honestly the cherry on top, especially if you’re planning day trips outside the city or just don’t want to deal with London’s public transport for your entire stay.

Stylish, spacious and comfortable apartment close to the Tube. Good quality well equipped kitchen (although we didn’t use it).
What could be improved: Bathrooms were a bit cold (in winter).

"A great all-round stay — clean, well-located and ideal for exploring the city."
We really enjoyed our stay at this two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment in Balham. It’s a lovely, relaxed place to stay but still really handy for getting into central London. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. The secure underground parking was super convenient, especially since we were travelling by car. The Tube links are great, and there are lots of nice cafés, restaurants and shops close by. We’d definitely stay here again!
What could be improved: Nothing — everything was excellent.

"Great place to stay in Balham"
The Loft is a fantastic place to stay while visiting the London area. Close to all facilities including Underground, shops, restaurants and pubs. Quite a few Commons around for a walk or a lazy day in the park enjoying the sunshine. The host was always in contact to ensure our every need(s)/question(s) were looked after. Also took on our advice to supply some other items that needed attention - only small item/request. Definitely recommend a stay at The Loft - we will be back.

What could be improved: Booking process was lengthy, after you've paid you have to verify your ID , give credit card details to hold for any damages and sign an agreement. Never had to do this before.

"Beautiful comfortable place with wonderful professional hosts"
We’ve stayed at many places and so far the professional support we received from the host was top. Everything was provided for and thoroughly thought about. The place was spotless and everything was of high quality, from the bedding to the kitchen equipment. We had sufficient soap and cleaning products. Tea and coffee was stacked to the brim and coffee machine was perfect. Sufficient salt and spices were provided also. Most importantly we slept so comfortably and felt safe. The area is top for commuting and beautiful shops, cafes, restaurants nearby. The host Andy was very attentive and easy to communicate to. We had some minor issues but nothing to lose sleep over, and we were treated to an amazing voucher which we really did not expect! All instructions were provided throughly and easy to navigate.
I honestly couldn’t fault anything here, we felt at home and shall definitely return in the future. Can’t thank Andy and the team enough, they truly understand what it takes to host!
What could be improved: Lots of stairs going up to the entrance however good excercise!

"A really great stay in a spacious flat"
It’s spacious. The supplies are good (coffee, dishwasher tablets, even the loo roll was descent quality. Location is a quiet street a stones throw from the station.
What could be improved: Nothing really. We didn’t use the lift or parking space so can’t comment on those.

Very spacious. All the facilities you’d need for a stay with family.
Hosts were incredibly responsive.
