The Belgrave Residences sits on a quiet stretch of Lower Belgrave Street, and honestly, I almost walked right past it the first time. It’s one of those classic white Georgian terraces that blend seamlessly into Westminster’s elegant streetscape — which is actually part of its charm. The entrance is understated, more like stepping into someone’s well-appointed townhouse than a traditional hotel lobby.
Location & Neighborhood
You’re in Belgravia here, which means you’re surrounded by some of London’s most exclusive real estate, but without the tourist chaos of nearby Victoria. I mean, you can walk to Buckingham Palace in about eight minutes, but you’ll probably find yourself taking the longer route through the garden squares just because they’re so peaceful. The nearest tube is Victoria Station — a solid five-minute walk — and from there you’ve got easy access to pretty much anywhere in the city.
The Accommodation Experience
This three-star property operates more like serviced apartments than traditional hotel rooms, which explains why each apartment feels so lived-in and comfortable. The spaces are generous by London standards, with separate sitting areas and proper storage — something you’ll appreciate if you’re staying more than a couple of nights. What really impressed me was the attention to detail in the kitchen setup; they’ve actually included decent cookware and utensils, not just the bare minimum you usually get.
Practical Considerations
The building retains much of its original Victorian character, which means no lift and some genuinely narrow staircases. If you’re hauling heavy luggage or have mobility concerns, definitely request a lower floor when booking. The staff are helpful with bags, but it’s worth mentioning upfront. Parking is street-side and metered, so factor that into your budget if you’re driving — though honestly, you probably won’t need a car from this location.

What sets The Belgrave Residences apart is how it manages to feel both central and residential at the same time. You get the space and privacy of having your own place, but you’re still steps away from major attractions and transport links. The 7.7 rating reflects exactly what you’d expect — solid, reliable accommodation without any major surprises, positive or negative. It’s particularly good for longer stays or if you’re traveling with family, since you can actually spread out and maintain some normal routines.

"A great place with lots of room, clean and comfortable. Facilities are good and well maintained"
The location is fabulous. Proximate to Chelsea, Buckingham Palace, Westminster and Victoria station. This is a good flat with plenty of room and good facilities. Good value for London.
What could be improved: The hall carpet could do with a good clean, but inside the apartment is good.

"Looking forward to returning!"
The location near London's Victoria Station was excellent. There were pubs, restaurants and convenience stores in easy walking distance. The managers of the apartment were courteous, available and responsive to any requests
What could be improved: The apartment was very comfortable, It had been recently renovated. The only challenge was that it was on the second floor and the building doesn't have a lift. It would be a problem for those with mobility issues and or those with heavy luggage.

What could be improved: Little hard to cary bags as it 2 floors , downstairs in one of bedroom was no wifi only one that has bathroom inside even if open your 4G will not working “ no signal “

"Perfect location to suit the purpose of our visit. Quiet area, extremely clean. Minimalist."
Location was ideal for what we needed. The hosts were delightful & extremely helpful.
What could be improved: This is more like a buy to let. Absolutely fine but little things like no shaving point/electric toothbrush point in or even near the bathroom. Kitchen equipment minimal but was sufficient for the short stay there. No tea -towels & when requested a gentleman arrived very quickly with a set of washing up clothes.

"This place is a mixed bag, absolutely great location but the lack of attention to detail and lack of management response"
Located in a quiet residential area. Good size unit
What could be improved: Lack of attention to detail. We chose the apartment because we wanted to cook our own meals. Unfortunately the oven had no oven racks or trays, nor were there any oven dishes of any sort. There was a small microwave but again there were no dishes to use in the microwave to prepare meals.
Despite our repeated requests for oven racks and trays, management did not remedy this through our stay.. I wonder how long this apartment has had no oven racks or trays.

What could be improved: The deposit system applied. Some things were broken by previous guests.

"Excellent property, unbeatable location and great facilities for an extended stay."
Fabulous location in the middle of everywhere you would want to be for an extended stay. Nicely furnished. Very clean facilities. Access: Clear instructions and easy but secure access.
What could be improved: Shower controls not intuitive, water temp only minimally adequate and drain clogged easily (got quick support the first time but starting to clog a second time just before we left). Mattress very comfortable, but pillows could have been nicer. These are minor, but fixable problems, compared to the plusses of the property.

"Great location - attention should be paid to the presentation of the accommodation at first sight."
The location of the accommodation was excellent.
What could be improved: My perception of accommodation I stay in is very reliant on my first experience, especially after coming off a long flight. My first experience in this case was to walk into a common area which had stained carpets . My advice to the owner is to fix this by replacing the carpets. Also, the TV did not work effectively for the whole stay.
