Located on a quiet residential street in London‘s N17 area, this four-star property surprised me with how genuinely homey it feels while still maintaining that polished touch you want when you’re paying for accommodation.
The Space Itself
What struck me first was how the room didn’t feel like a hotel room at all — more like borrowing someone’s guest bedroom in the best possible way. The house has this lived-in comfort that’s hard to fake, with thoughtful touches throughout that show someone actually cares about the place. You know what really sold me though? The garden. It’s not massive, but having that outdoor space in London feels like such a treat, especially when you can actually sit out there with your morning coffee.
Location & Getting Around
Honestly, N17 isn’t the most tourist-heavy area, which I actually loved — you get a real sense of residential London here. The transport links are solid once you know your way around, and I found myself appreciating the authenticity of the neighborhood. There’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that locals actually live, rather than those sterile hotel districts where everything’s designed for tourists.
Daily Life Here
The kitchen setup is where this place really shines if you’re the type who likes to grab some groceries and prepare simple meals. I mean, eating out in London adds up quickly, so having the option to make breakfast or pack snacks was genuinely useful. The whole house has this relaxed vibe that makes you want to slow down a bit — which is exactly what I needed after rushing around the city all day.
Why Guests Love It
That 9.6 rating makes complete sense once you’ve stayed here. It’s the kind of place that does the fundamentals really well without trying to be flashy about it. The garden alone sets it apart from cramped hotel rooms, and there’s something about staying in an actual home that just feels more… well, human. You’ll sleep better knowing you’re in a real neighborhood, and you might find yourself planning a longer stay just to properly settle in.

"Fantastic value for money"
The property was great, clean and modern. Very comfortable and close to public transport.
Check in was very straightforward. Owners answered my questions quickly. I must mention that there is no living room and the sofa bed in the pictures is in the kitchen.
What could be improved: The only thing I feel would have made my stay better, would have been some written instructions for the heating. I was cold and we had problems working out the heating. We worked it out the day before we left.. but it was quite frustrating being cold

"Nice weekend stay."
The apartment was clean and retrieving the keys was easy. The hosts were clear in their communication. The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. With the overground 5 mins away and plenty of restaurants and shops near by. Parking in the road is allowed with a parking permit which the host sorted out for us. There is a bench at the entrance of the apartment where you can leave your shoes and put some disposable sleepers. They also supplied toilet amenities like soap and shampoo which was appreciated.
What could be improved: There is no place to hang coats, there is a bench were you can leave your shoes, would be good to put hangers for the coats there so there are at hand when going out.
The description also said that in the amenities there is fruit. This was not the case which we are glad we Brough fruit for my 5 year old breakfast.
Also, instructions on how to operate the coffee machine would be good, as I used 3 coffee capsules and couldn't make the coffee come out hot rather cold. However, there things do not affect at all the rating we are providing as there are tiny improvement suggestions that at no point affected our stay.
Also, both bedrooms had double beds, would be good that one room had twin beds as my 5 year old had to share the bed with her nanny. Again, not a big deal for us but it was not ideal.

"Home away from home."
Everything about the apartment was perfect! From the beds to the kitchen, to the bathroom and the spaces, including the garden which made it actually feel like home.
The host was super helpful and responsive as well whenever we had questions.
Would book again every time I go to London!

"Would 100% book again!"
Perfect location for concerts or games at Tottenham ground. Place spot less and very aesthetically pleasing. Had water in the fridge for us too.
What could be improved: The noise of people walking in the flat above. Floor board were very creaky. Wasn’t a problem whilst sleeping but in the afternoon and from 8am onwards to could hear every move above.

"Lovely, clean and simple rooms with everything you need!"
Fantastic very clean property has everything you need. Exactly what we needed for our stay and concert at the stadium. Great communication from owners. Would definitely stay here again.
What could be improved: Maybe a small sofa in kitchen for more comfort when watching tv? But can’t fault the property at all.

"Superb"
First, the hosts.. They were amazing, very helpful, and quick to reply to messages and any questions I had. The apartment was beautifully, decorated lovely and clean, had everything you could possibly need the hosts thought of everything from salt and vinegar to cotton buds and shower caps in the bathroom, the little treats that were left were very much appreciated and so thoughtful. if you are attending an event at tottenhan Stadium, this is the perfect place to stay as it is walking distance away.
What could be improved: There is no lounge area to sit and watch TV. The TV is in the kitchen, and the only seating is at the dining table, which, after a little while, got a little uncomfortable, but other than that, I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again if attending tottenhan stadium events
