"Superior Apartments"
The location is spot on and the flat adequately furnished in a simple fashionable way. The response time to fix any issue is superb.
What could be improved: The mattress could be more sexually friendly, but adequate for just sleeping

"Good for 4 not for 5"
Nice property for 4 people, good facilities although the shower floor is chipped quite a bit beds are comfy and nice. Location is amazing! 10-20 min walk from Churchill place in Canary Wharf, few minutes walk to a tube stop and Tesco express 1 min away
What could be improved: Sofa bed is not comfy and the blanket they provide you with is very thin. Shower stunk weirdly and had a chipped flooring. Calling and checking in was ok however staff seemed a little confused and it was a little hard for us to get into the property.

"Lovely stay in a warm, nicely decorated and very clean and comfortable apartment."
Very clean and comfortable. I booked it for myself and my 2 daughters going to a weekend event at the O2 - I wanted somewhere we could each have our own bed without 2 hotel rooms. Perfect to come back to after a very long day. the beds are the most comfortable I have ever slept in - including my own at home!! Loved that it was also within walking distance of the tube - which was a very short ride to North Greenwich plus there is a small Tesco store 1 minute away from the apartment. Perfect location for us :-) Also really useful to know there was a luggage storage facility just a few steps away so we could drop our bags and go off for our last morning.
What could be improved: Nothing really - though I did struggle locking the keys away again on check out - though my daughter had no issue with this so I put it down to 'operator error'!

Excellent value for money. The whole apartment, toilet facilities, bedrooms and kitchen. Very nice inside and good for parking. Excellent location near amenities and walking distance to canary wharf. Would book again.
What could be improved: My only issue was when I booked on booking.com, the booking was actually incomplete as you need to then complete forms on a separate account. Make sure you check all email inboxes. I had emailed the company before my day of travel with a deposit sent across, but still I found myself needing to upload passport documents and ID whilst travelling down at service stations. Not ideal at all and quite stressful not knowing if they would let you in. I then received the entry instructions upon arrival in my emails. Staff did not communicate the entry instructions earlier for some reason despite informing them of my day of travel. They need to get better at this and think about others. Not the smoothest of check-ins if you are travelling in from outside London. Otherwise, everything else was spot on. I think I would still book again despite this issue. Excellent value for money and location. Beds were memory foam.

Very Clean and location convenient to get around London.
What could be improved: Need the key to back yard. Information needs updating there was no parking permit in the cabinet under TV. Cups not clean inside all of them. The kettle was full of flaky limescale.
