"Awesome location, very spacious."
The location is definitely the big plus for this apartment. So handy that you can walk to many London attractions plus the Green Park Tube Station is a short stroll away. The size of the apartment was amazing, too. So much space for our family of four to chill out after a big day exploring. And we loved the bonus (mini) pool table - so fun!
What could be improved: The building and apartment is a little old and tired but you can't have everything. There's also a lot of construction going on around the building so could get a bit noisy. This was not a problem after hours though, and to be fair, we were out most of the days.

Very nice location. clean and comfortable.
What could be improved: Building is old, there are partial renovation in the property but overall quite old. But considering the price that is so fair. Any property new and modern in that location can only be rent at least double price. So we are happy with our stay.

Good location lots of amenities and thought gone into the items provided for use. Nice size flat secure and easy check in and check out.
What could be improved: Air con needs a little updating as connection was loose in one room pumping out warm air at the back whilst cold air out the front.

"The location was excellent but feel for prices charged apartment needs some updating"
Excellent location and really close to Green Park tube station. The apartment felt very secure as no one could enter the building from the street without a code. We stayed at the weekend so very quiet. The apartment itself was large and very well equipped. There was an inner courtyard balcony that could be accessed from lounge
What could be improved: The lifts leading up to the apartment had what looked like a piece of old worn carpet in them and were quite dirty. The en-suite shower room to double bedroom very small had a shower curtain which needs replacing and in general wasn’t very clean. The mattress on the double bed needs replacing as worn and uncomfortable The en-suite to larger bedroom was very large with a bath and a shower again felt it needed a good clean and for anyone staying with children bath needs a warning sign as hot water was extremely !! hot . All the bedding appeared quite old and well used and needed replacing. The kitchen although well equipped fixtures and fittings quite shabby again need updating.

"The living area was massive!"
The apartment was spot on. The living area was massive, perfect for kicking back after a day out and about. And the beds—wow! They’re clearly crafted with care, top-notch quality and so comfy. The location is spot on—just a couple of minutes’ walks to Green Park underground, which made getting around a breeze. The host was great too, really friendly and helpful. Overall, couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay in London. Definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a spacious and comfy place in a prime location.

"Luxury and comfort at its best"
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. Its location is ideal for those wanting to be close to various attractions. It was perfect for our kids to play and move around. The apartment itself is spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The large living room was the perfect spot for our family to relax and unwind. You simply can’t get this level of space and comfort in a hotel. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommended!
