Walking into this three-star property on Clapham Road, I was genuinely surprised by how much space each apartment offers. You know what I mean when you expect cramped London accommodation and instead find yourself with actual room to breathe? The building itself has that converted Victorian charm that South London does so well.
Location & Neighborhood
Being right on Clapham Road puts you in the thick of things without the tourist chaos you’d get further north. London locals know this area well — it’s where young professionals actually live, not just visit. The Stockwell tube station is a decent walk, maybe 10 minutes, but honestly the bus connections along this road are brilliant. Plus, you’re close enough to Clapham Common that morning jogs become a real possibility (if you’re into that sort of thing).
The Space
Each unit really delivers on space — I mean, you can actually unpack your suitcase and not live out of it for once. The kitchen setup is proper functional, not just a mini-fridge and kettle situation. I actually cooked a few meals during my stay, which saved a fair bit on London dining prices. The living areas feel lived-in rather than sterile, which works well for longer stays or if you’re traveling with friends who need space to spread out.
Practical Considerations
Look, it’s not going to win design awards, but everything works as it should. The Wi-Fi holds up well enough for video calls (tested extensively), and the heating responds quickly — important during those unpredictable London weather swings. Parking around here follows typical South London rules, so factor that in if you’re driving. The building’s pretty quiet considering it’s on a main road, though light sleepers might want to pack earplugs.

What really works about this place is the value proposition — you get proper living space in a well-connected part of London without paying West End prices. It’s especially good for people staying more than just a couple nights, or groups who want to hang out together without cramming into a tiny hotel room. "Great location!"
It was clean and as described. The location is great too.
What could be improved: They provided utensils and dish soap but no sponge to wash anything with. There was also no hand soap in any of the bathrooms

"Great for families, near the Tube"
Very large apartment with 2 bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a tub), a kitchen counter to eat at and dining table, and 2 couches. It could sleep up to 7 adults (on small European beds). Location was awesome, so was the ease of arrival. You are across from the Stockwell Tube station and a 24 hour grocery. Nicely decorated. Kitchen was well stocked.
What could be improved: The tradeoff of the excellent location is that it is very noisy.
Some improvements:
Could use a deep clean of the bathroom.
Kitchen needs a fry pan and a deep clean of the walls.
No locks on any interior doors.

The location is fantastic. The flat is very spacious.
What could be improved: It would have been good if small things like hand wash & bath gel would have been provided.

"Well positioned flats, clean and comfy beds, Great communication from owner."
A lovely flat with comfy beds. Clean and tidy. Great communication from Hollie. Used this company several times and have always had a great process with them. Well positioned flats opposite Stockwell tube station. Good value.
What could be improved: Flat is on the high street so just be aware of London traffic noise but with windows shut can hardly hear a thing.

"Great stay, good position, we were very comfortable"
Location, the flat in general, air conditioning, 2 bathrooms
What could be improved: No bedding for 1 of the sofa beds, no tumble dryer, shortage of glasses and utensils, no dishwashing tablets. Dishwasher wasn’t in the best of condition, instructions for oven as the labels are all worn away.

"Excellent all round!"
These apartments are great and in a good location. Easy access for the underground. They are spacious and decorated in a minimal way with beds which are super comfy. We only use them for 2 nights at the most for work, but provide everything myself and colleague need. Bedlinen always fresh.
What could be improved: They are on the high street, close to set of traffic lights and the road can be noisy but your in London so you need to expect some noise! Take some ear plugs and you will be fine!

"Fantastic well located bolt hole."
The apartment was very spacious and clean with everything you'd find in a family home including a smart TV.
What could be improved: Not a problem for us, but you could hear the rumbling of the underground, which stopped at bedtime. I found it kind of cool. I think a few tea bags, sugar and milk sachets would be a nice addition, but there are many 24 hour shops nearby.
