"Excellent"
The location is excellent and the flat is comfortable and well furnished. This honestly couldn’t be a better location - right near the tube, buses, and bikes. Loved how cozy the flat is and well accommodating. Staff was attentive and helpful. Great place to stay for our family vacation.

Location was great with easy access to tube circle and district lines
What could be improved: Sofas and beds very low, not ideal for those less mobile. Upstairs bedroom windows wouldn’t shut, courtyard view was misleading as needed to hang out of window to see as this was was at basement level. Pigeon problem in the area and all pipes etc on the outlook from property looked very tired and covered in pigeon poo.

location was excellent. easy to get bus or tube and close to Portibello Market and Kensington gardens and palace. Plenty of good restaurants and a couple of markets nearby. communication with staff was exceptional. there is a full kitchen, dining area and washer.
What could be improved: it was sometimes hard to get hot water. the steps to upper bedroom and down to where you take trash were a bit challenging and required caution but everything else was exceptional

Location was prime reason. The access to the tube, buses, and stores First Class!
What could be improved: The downstairs shower flooding the bathroom floor every time we showered. The long table with 8 shares over crowded the room as you enter, a table with flaps would help. The six of us all sat together only once during our 7 nights stay.

Great location, close to underground, Kensington Gardens, and Portobello Road Market. Quiet street but 1/2 block from plenty of cafes, restaurants, food stores. The property title says it's close to Kensington High Street. That's not accurate, but it is close to Portobello Road. Actual location is Linden Gardens. The apartment was clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen reasonably well-equipped though we didn't use it beyond breakfast and snacks. Bathrooms quite small. No A/C but the warmer days were manageable with curtains closed and open windows at night. Fans provided. Street level - only a few steps.
What could be improved: Photos are not quite accurate. Appears to be some old photos showing furnishings that have been replaced, but the newer furnishings are fine. Photo of street is not from this apartment - no street view. Experience with the rental management company from id verification to apartment access could have been better.

Location is amazing. Just next to the subway station but in a quiet street with stylish houses. A short walk from Portobello street market and Kensington gardens and close to a wide variety of shops, pubs and bars. Well equipped kitchen and pleasant, even if small, bedrooms. All was clean and we could check-in earlier at an additional cost of 15 GBP.
What could be improved: The apartment is at the back of the building with either roof windows or ones opposite walls which do not allow a lot of light in. A super small living room is almost completely dark and so is the dining room which is arranged in a hallway. The place is also quite humid which impacts the smell of the apartment. As we were spending most of the day outside we did not quite mind all the above much BUT the worse part was the couch in the living room. We were travelling in a group of 7 so one of us had to sleep on the couch and that was almost impossible: it was short, hard and completely uneven. It does not qualify as a bad, not even for a kid. This was highly disappointing and ruined the overall impression of the apartment. I strongly suggest the couch is either replaced or the apartment is not advertised as one that can host 7 people.
