We had a lovely stay! The hotel location was very convenient. Super easy to get to. We had a studio apartment which was really nice. Very clean and comfy. The reception was always open and promptly assisted us when we needed. We would definitely stay again!
What could be improved: The bed was a bit small, but otherwise we didn't have any issues!

"Exceptional Stay – Perfect Apartment in Earl’s Court!"
We stayed in apartment 1C (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms) and had an outstanding experience. • The apartment was spotless, modern, and exactly as shown in the photos. • Reception staff were welcoming, professional, and always ready to help. • Daily housekeeping kept everything clean and fresh. • The location is ideal — just steps from Earl’s Court Station, with cafés, supermarkets, and restaurants all around. • Despite being central, it was quiet and very comfortable, with excellent beds and reliable Wi-Fi. • Elevator access made luggage easy, and management was attentive throughout our stay. It truly felt like a home away from home — highly recommended, and our sincere thanks to the entire team for their wonderful hospitality.
What could be improved: The only small downside was the absence of a bidet hose in the bathrooms, which would have made the experience even better.

The apartment was very spacious and light. I visited with my teenage daughter and the seperate rooms were a huge bonus. The kitchen was very useful, all the appliances and washing machine. Service was excellent, when the washing machine didn't dry clothes they did it for us very quickly and very nicely. The location was excellent, very nice neighborhood with many restaurants and cafes. Also there are several supermarkets very close to the hotel with good products and reasonable prices. The Tube station is two minutes walk away and with central lines. All in all a very nice experience.
