Wood Green might not be Mayfair, but hear me out — this location actually works brilliantly. You’re a quick tube ride from central London (the Piccadilly line is your friend here), but you get to experience a more authentic slice of the city. There’s a fantastic Turkish restaurant just around the corner that locals queue for, and Alexandra Palace is practically on your doorstep when you want green space and stunning city views.
Luxury Touches That Matter
The spa facilities here aren’t huge, but they’re incredibly well-designed — think boutique hotel vibes rather than sprawling resort complex. What really sets this place apart is how they’ve managed to create that five-star luxury experience while maintaining an intimate, almost residential feel. "Very comfortable and convenient stay in London"
Very close to tube station (2 min walk) on the Piccadilly line, so it was so convenient to explore London! The flat has four bedrooms and two bathrooms so it was very comfortable for everyone in our family to have their own room. It is also kitted out with everything you would need and more. Sam the owner is very responsive and happy to help with any difficulty or advice needed. Very close to lots of shops, supermarkets and restaurants.

"Perfect one night stay"
We were a group of 7 staying for one night, we arrived earlier than 3pm check in and we're allowed in early which was great for us, it was perfect for getting to the Alexander Palace,for an event we were attending, was so close to the tube station, bus routes and the high Street with all the shops restaurants etc, but in a quiet area you couldn't hear anything but the birds in the morning you forgot you where in London! Great hosts, great communication, meet you at the property and explain everything about the property to you, was very clean and comfortable, with a lot of thoughtful extras included like spices and washing up liquid, shampoo, kitchen roll etc that would be very helpful if you were staying longer, lovely comfortable beds

We were met at the property earlier by prior agreement by friendly proprietor who also sorted the parking permit (additional cost). The property was clean and tidy everything you needed was there. The local shops are fantastic especially the Cypriot cafe. Would definitely stay again and only 10 min drive to Tottenham Stadium .

"Excellent location, Clean flat and hospitable host."
The flat was super clean, 5 minutes walk from Wood Green underground. The flat is full from everything you may think about or need.. Sam the host was super polite and welcoming. He sent me all details and even suggestions for where to go and what to see in London. He showed me the flat and explained everything in details. He even bought me a parking permit for a whole day next to the building. I absolutely recommend everyone to book this flat especially if you’re a big family.

"In short, this was a really good apartment and we were really well looked after by the host."
The location, while a little outside central London, was so easy to get to using the Piccadilly Line on the Underground. It takes about 20 minutes on the tube to get to Piccadilly Circus. The property is a very short walk from Woods Green Station (no more than 5 minutes). The owner was there to meet us when we arrived and even came up the road to find us as we took one wrong turn and in this respect, the owner was so responsive to phone calls and texts and we always felt they wanted to ensure our stay was perfect and that we were well looked after.
The apartment itself was well laid out, we needed four bedrooms and each one had a double bed and even had the ability to set up a 5th bed in the living room with a pull-out sofa. The apartment was well stocked with breakfast cereals, milk, water, fruit and biscuits. There was a washing machine for clothes and a dishwasher with plentiful supplies of detergents, basically everything we needed was there. The beds were comfortable and one of the bedrooms had an ensuite bathroom.
This is a really nice apartment with the added bonus of being very easy to get to. I don't normally book apartments or use Air B&B, we usually go for hotels, but this experienced has changed my mind. I must emphasise the attention we received from the host, who couldn't do enough for us, he event What's App'd me a suggested four-day sightseeing programme, with instructions on how to get to everywhere.
Also, within a short walk of the apartment are many shops and restaurants, some of which are open late night facilitating any last minute needs on the way home from a day/night out. Overall an excellent experience at this property.
