"Excellent - good value for money - would recommend."
Beautiful building with excellent facilities. Comfy beds and spotlessly clean. Short walking distance from Kings Cross station. Highly recommend.
What could be improved: Appeared to be a bit of confusion with the receptionist on arrival. He basically said “the person who did the booking didn’t do a good job”. This was because we did not know the number of the apartment (as far as I am aware we were not given the number). We were told we would be given the number of the apartment by reception. Was soon sorted but he probably couldn’t dealt with it a bit better!
