Close to Ally Pally which was beneficial for concert stays. Beds where comfy and place was very clean upon our arrival. Owner gave very easily followed instructions on how to access building and flat. Woukd recommend.

"London apartment - Family trip"
The apartment was as described on the listing, it was clean today and the location of this was not too far from all the attractions we wished to visit via tube and other public transport The hosts were great and were very informative and patient with me when I misread one of their communications and struggled to get in the apartment but they responded within minutes and all was resolved and I was in and the rest of our stay was in comfort and safe and secure accommodation.
What could be improved: Not much to say here as the stay was incredibly pleasant

It was very spacious, clean, everything functioning properly, not lacking anything. Very easy check in process.
What could be improved: Constant sewage smell from the toilet, it was so strong we had to keep the window open in there for the whole duration of our stay and even then the smell didn’t disappear. The bed sheet for the sofa bed is too small, doesn’t fit properly. Part of the sofa bed was still exposed because the sheet wouldn’t reach the corner. Altho it does say on property description, it is quite a lot of stairs, so if u have a lot of luggages, bags, baby stroller etc just be wary of that. Also bit of dodgy area? there was a man in front of a shop next door, as i opened the main entrance door n entered he literally sped walked towards me mumbling something, this was late night. I had to slam the door shut so quickly n felt so scared at that moment. I had to open the door again shortly after to let my brother in, the man was still there hanging around but this time he didn’t approach probably because he saw there was a male figure with me. Thank god nothing else or more happened.

"Amazing stay, thank you :)"
The location was perfect for what we needed. The apartment was modern, spacious and well equipped. It was very clean and well looked after. The ladies who I guess were house keeping were friendly and helpful. The communication from the host was spot on, extremely accommodating and friendly. Would recommend this strongly and would 100% stay here again if needed. Thank you for an amazing stay.
What could be improved: There's nothing we didn't like, however, if there was anything to put is that the apartment was absolutely boiling! There was also no lift and we were on the top floor, which meant carrying our bags to the top. That being said, these pointers would definitely not be any issue and all of the positives I've mentioned 100% outweigh this.
