"Very good"
The host was very responsive, and the room was exceptionally clean and modern, featuring new facilities. It’s a studio flat, perfectly sufficient for a couple. The space was warm and located on the top floor, offering a great view. The location is excellent, close to Harrow bus station and the underground station. Additionally, two shopping centres nearby provided everything we needed. The building itself is new and very quiet. I would highly recommend staying here.
What could be improved: We experienced an issue with the elevator, which was beyond the host's control. Specifically, the elevator switch on our floor was not functioning. As a result, we had to go to a different floor each time we wanted to use the lift.

"It was a good place."
The environment was good. It is close to St Ann Shopping mall, local food shops, harrow-on-the-hill train station, and Harrow bus stop for easy commute. I also liked that the agent/owner was quick to resolve issues. It had almost all the basic necessities to make guests feel at home.
What could be improved: I didn't like that somethings weren't provided, even though they weren't exactly necessary. I also didn't like that the windows were able to open fully, it cost us to buy a fan to use as the weather was too hot and the room was also hot during the day mostly. Also, the lift for the 7th floors wasn't accessible, we had to go to the 6th floor to use the lift whenever we needed to go downstairs. It was a hassle.

Location is convenient. Within 5 minutes to bus station and metro station. Opposite is the mall, easy to get food and shopping there.
What could be improved: Firstly the building lobby is smelly. We stayed unit that floor lift button is broken and not be repaired during our 7 days stay. The unit is on 7th floor, we need to walk one stair down to take lift downwards every time when we went out. The unit is spacious but not clean as shown. We have 3 people as booked. One bedroom was known and have a sofa bed. When we set up the sofa bed, it looked very dirty so we didn’t use the bed just slept on the sofa even though its a bit short for a 154 cm tall person. The pantry is okay just for simple cooking. Lack of instructions to operate the heaters control panels. The worst is the hot water boiler. At first night, only allow one person took shower including shampooing. The second person only took half as no hot water and wait for more than 30 minutes no hot water come. Luckily we didn’t get sick. We immediately informed the host. The host wanted to help but its midnight and Christmas night no handyman was available. In the meanwhile, we didn’t think the boiler was broken. We just needed the instructions of operating the boiler, but seems the host couldn’t tell. Next day morning the hot water come. But it’s same as last night. Only served 1.5 people to take shower. I tried to figure out the setting of it, but seems we failed. So everyday we took shower on shifts, one took daytime and the other one took nighttime. Luckily it’s winter. The last one is the upper part of the windows had water droplets and caused the edges plenty of water. The host should maintain the windows frames as to make sure no water droplets will be produced. Both sofa bed and the bed were not so comfortable as my daughter and I felt itchy when sleeping . I informed the host at once , but nothing he did. That’s why I say not clean as described.

"Not in acceptable condition"
Location convenient for train and local shopping.
What could be improved: The primary problem is the building in which the apartment is located. The lifts don't service the floor (when going down), there is water leaking from the roof of the corridor, there is mould and a general odour in common areas. The apartmenti itself was not in as bad a condition, but still not clean, with mould on the bathroom roof and stains on the walls. During the first night, no linen was provided for the sofa bed - this was rectified the next day.

What could be improved: Carpets and flooring: Uncleaned for an extended period, with chewing gum stains on bedroom carpets. Furniture: Dusty and uncleaned, including the sofa and its mattress, which is in a filthy condition and unfit for sleeping. Boiler room: Contains wet towels and damp laundry, causing an unpleasant odor. Bathroom and toilets: Poorly cleaned, with stains and marks throughout. Shower tray: Does not drain properly, causing further inconvenience. Diffusers: Empty diffusers left with mouldy sticks, indicating neglect. Cobwebs: Found across multiple areas of the house, further demonstrating a lack of upkeep. This level of negligence is unacceptable for a holiday rental.
