Excellent location right next to Excel, DLR, cable car with good restaurants and shops near by. Property clean and lots of little touches that made it a very comfortable stay. Staff very helpful, friendly and excellent communication.

"Great location, lovely property and really good customer service"
Excellent communication and really accommodating service by the check in staff, especially as this was a very late booking following an absolute fiasco with another property booked via Booking. They stayed late to meet us, and were really helpful throughout our stay. really great guysπŸ‘
What could be improved: Only minor issues we couldn't get the AC to work and the sink in the en-suite wasn't draining properly.

Location great - just a few mins walk from ExCeL, local restaurants and cable car. Apartment really nice, clean - great TV, large space. Parking on-site
What could be improved: Apartment was a little cold as heating was off when we arrived. Some heaters provided, but would have been better to have the main heating working properly and on before arrival.

Location is great. 2mins walk to train station. Very safe lots of security patrol. Good restaurants around the area. Staff were helpful and friendly.
What could be improved: Building has no air conditioning but summer is not so common in UK anyways. So be ready to open the windows but it’s t bad at all.
