Modern 2-Bed Flat in Euston isn’t your typical boutique hotel — it’s actually more like staying in a friend’s stylish apartment right in the heart of London. When I first walked up to the building on Judd Street, I’ll admit I wasn’t expecting much from the Georgian exterior, but honestly, that’s part of what makes this place work so well.
The Space Itself
Step inside and you’re greeted by a proper modern flat that feels lived-in but pristine. The two bedrooms are genuinely spacious — I mean, we’re talking about London here, so that’s saying something. What really got me was the kitchen, which is actually functional rather than just decorative like you find in so many city stays. You can make a proper breakfast or even cook dinner if you’re tired of eating out every night.
Location & Neighborhood
Here’s the thing about staying near Euston — everyone thinks it’s just a transport hub, but Camden is actually buzzing with life once you know where to look. You’re literally a five-minute walk from Euston Station, which means you can be anywhere in London without the usual tube hassles. Plus, there’s this great little café around the corner on Marchmont Street that locals frequent — the kind of spot you’d never find unless someone told you about it.
What Makes It Different
This isn’t a boutique hotel in the traditional sense, and there’s no spa or fancy restaurant downstairs. Instead, you get something that feels more authentic — a proper London living experience without the tourist markup. The hosts have clearly thought about the details that matter: decent WiFi, blackout curtains that actually work, and enough parking space nearby if you’re brave enough to drive in London (though honestly, I wouldn’t recommend it).
Why Guests Love It
What keeps people coming back is the balance it strikes between independence and comfort. You’re not dealing with hotel reception desks or rigid breakfast times, but you’re also not sacrificing cleanliness or modern amenities. The flat genuinely feels like a temporary home base rather than just a place to crash, and in a city like London where authentic local experiences are getting harder to find, that’s worth quite a bit. It’s the kind of place where you’ll actually want to spend time in your room rather than just using it to sleep.

"Very good"
Very close to both Euston and King's Cross stations, so it was great for getting around the city.
The flat has had recent upgrades/work done so looks great on the inside. It was also very clean and well kept.
Owner was responsive when we accidentally locked ourselves out and got us back in within 15 min.
What could be improved: I don't like the frowny icon here as these are just nuisances, really...
The convenience of the Underground was great, but the flat sits on top of the Tube so you will hear train noise 24 hrs a day. It isn't bad at all (we got used to it quickly) but wasn't something we expected.
Note to US travelers: There is a small washer on the property but no dryer (I understand this is typical in Europe) so be aware. Some washers can do both wash and dry, and perhaps the unit can but we were unable to figure it out.

"Could have been exceptional, except for the smell"
Location, size of the property, easy success, shower, rooms, large kitchen, well equipped.
What could be improved: There were mind issues of limited significance, e.g. only two mugs, and excess of plugs, but none on the work surface, no bin liner for rubbish, no toiletries, etc. but the maid problem we had was a smell which permeated all areas of the flat. What would’ve been super accommodation was really spoiled by this. It is possible that the work that was being done outside renovating adjacent accommodation had produced a lot of rubbish, which had not been cleared, but there was something internal we think which we could not locate. If this smell was eliminated, the accommodation would’ve been exceptional.

"lovely stay, but a bit noisy"
location is perfect, close to train and everything. good space. it actually has 3 bedrooms, fit for 5 without sleeping in the living room.
P.S. a close-by malaysian restaruant , very good, but very spicy.
What could be improved: noise.
the sound isolation is bad. you don't only hear the trains/metro nearby, but also whoever is walking upstairs anytime.
it's getting better during late night when there is no train.
if you don't sleep well normally, won't recommend. otherwise, everything else is good

"Exceptional"
Loved the size of the unit, kitchen and living room were perfect. Loved that it had two bathrooms and a washer.

"Exhausting due to lack of sleep from the noise from the tube trains and building works."
It was in a good location with easy access to public transport, bars and restaurants.
What could be improved: The property was in the centre of a building site which was very noisy during the day, the property was above the underground train lines which was extremely noisy day and night, there were no sockets on the kitchen worktop to plug in appliances, we had to move a table close to a socket to use the kettle. The main bedroom smelt damp and musty, the window could not be left open due to the noise and smell of dust from the building sites. All the windows in the property had views of building works, all blinds needed to be closed for privacy from the building works.

Spacieux, rénové avec 3 chambres, 2 salles d'eau et une large pièce de vie avec 2 canapés.
Cuisine moderne et très bien équipée.
What could be improved: Un peu bruyant avec le métro mais on s'y habitue rapidement et les travaux de construction en journée seulement.

"Parfait pour une visite de Londres."
Appartement très grand et très bien placé, près des gares saint Pancras et King’ s Cross. Facile à trouver.
Commerces à proximité immédiate.
Intérieur refait à neuf avec goût.
Propreté irréprochable.
2 salles d’eau neuves avec douche à l’italienne. 👍 .Cuisine équipée.
Possibilité de laisser les bagages pour les récupérer à l’heure du train.
Propriétaire adorable et accommodant, prêt à répondre à toutes nos demandes.
What could be improved: Un peu de bruit la nuit, le métro en sous-sol. Actuellement, des travaux en journée dans la maison contiguë. Ce n’est pas gênant quand on est à Londres pour le tourisme.
