Overview
First Impressions
The Private Studio Extension with Bathroom and Kitchen is exactly what it sounds like — a self-contained addition to a family home on a quiet residential street in Ealing. I’ll be honest, it took me a minute to find the entrance (it’s around the side), but once I did, I was pleasantly surprised by how thoughtfully designed this little space is. The hosts have clearly put effort into making what could feel like an afterthought into something that actually works really well for travelers.
The Space
This room is compact but smart — every inch has been used well without feeling cramped. The kitchen setup impressed me most; it’s not just a mini-fridge and kettle situation, but actual cooking facilities with a proper hob and decent counter space. The bathroom is small but modern, with good water pressure (honestly, you’d be surprised how often that’s an issue in London). There’s a comfortable double bed, a decent-sized wardrobe, and a little seating area by the window that gets lovely morning light.
Location & Getting Around
Corringway is one of those typical West London residential streets — tree-lined, quiet, with that suburban feel that’s actually pretty refreshing after the chaos of central London. You’re about a 12-minute walk to Ealing Broadway station, which puts you on both the Central and District lines plus the Elizabeth line. That Elizabeth line connection is gold — you can be in central London in 20 minutes or at Heathrow in about the same time.
Practical Matters
The hosts live in the main house but they’re not intrusive at all — I barely saw them during my stay. There’s parking available on the street, though it’s controlled during the day (typical for this area). The Wi-Fi is solid, and they’ve thought of little touches like proper hangers, extra pillows, and basic cooking essentials. I mean, they even had olive oil and seasoning, which saved me a trip to the shops on my first night.
Why Guests Love It
This four-star setup works because it gives you the independence of your own place without the price tag of a central London hotel. You can actually live normally here — cook breakfast, spread out your stuff, come and go as you please. The area has a proper Sainsbury’s, some decent pubs (The Grange is worth a visit), and you’re genuinely living like a local rather than just passing through. For the money and the genuine convenience of the location, it’s hard to argue with the value proposition here.

"Pleasant hideaway in Ealing"
Very pleasant and friendly accommodation. Before you stop at the Co-op for groceries, check what is already in the cupboards for you. Plenty of kitchen equipment. We were delighted to have a microwave for our porridge. Comfortable beds. There is enough heating available for chilly nights, which we really appreciated. The bedroom and toilet are separated by the kitchen area and accordion doors rather than solid doors, but the toilet flushes quietly, so nighttime use won't disturb your travel companion. Our impression was that the hosts really tried to think of everything to make their guests happy! A good place to stay!

"Host is sweet and lovely. The studio was perfect when we arrived and we had no problems whatsoever"
Very well positioned. The underground is walk distance and there’s a supermarket almost straight out of the house. The studio is clean and tidy. The host is lovely and helped us even when the shower had some problems. It was perfect overall. Would stay here again.

"A little nest in the city"
Staying at Jay's and his Mum's is like staying at home. They are so kind and helpful. It is not our first time and it will not be our last. We like everything, the place, the district, the nearby tube station, the little coop if you need something but what makes the place special is Jay and his lovely family.

"Exceptional"
This place has the best location, only 2 minutes from the nearest tube station. There's also a retail park just a few minutes away with many restaurants and a cinema. The area is very suburbia like, and I felt safe getting around even in the middle of the night. The kitchen is very well stocked, with everything you probably need for a short stay.

I've spent 10 days in this apartment and I really enjoyed it. Everything was exactly as on the photos, the bed was comfy, there was more than enough space for my clothes in the wardrobe, there were extra towels and duvets, there are electric heaters in the room, TV, hair dryer, iron, etc. The kitchen is also fully equipped, there are water cooker, portable hob, toaster, microwave oven and even a small electric oven in the cabinet.
I was travelling alone and felt perfectly safe the whole time, it's a lovely residential area, and just a few minutes walk from the Piccadily line that brings you to central London.
Jay, the host, was very helpful and polite, if I needed anything extra, I could've just asked him.
I really recommend this studio for everyone who enjoys waking up to birdsong and doesn't mind taking the tube to get to the busy centrum.

"Very good"
Well, I booked for 3 nights and it was suitable and good value. Rooms are clean yet small for 4 ppl but one can manage that, but overall, it was nice. The room was clean, kitchen, bathroom, and tea, and coffee are provided. Good value for money on London.
Not to forget! Public transport is really close about 5-8m walk.

"Cozy and perfect!"
The property was just what me and my friend needed while we was in London for a few days! It’s the perfect size, the beds were comfy and everything was spotless when we arrived!
It’s within a 5 minute walk to an underground station, as well as other shops and restaurants in the area. The location is amazing!
What could be improved: Can’t fault the property at all!
