Here’s what I love about staying in London at this spot — you get the best of both worlds without the tourist chaos. Paddington Station is literally a five-minute walk, so you can catch the Heathrow Express or jump on the Elizabeth Line without breaking a sweat. But step outside and you’re facing Hyde Park’s northeast corner, where locals actually jog and walk their dogs instead of posing for Instagram shots.
The Luxury Apartment Experience
Each apartment here feels more like borrowing a wealthy friend’s place than staying in a hotel. The spaces are genuinely spacious — not that fake “spacious” marketing speak you usually get in London. Every unit comes with a proper kitchen, and I’m talking full-size appliances, not those tiny European fridges that barely hold a bottle of wine. The furnishings lean classic British with modern touches, think deep sofas you can actually sink into after a long day exploring the city.
Daily Comforts
What struck me most was how quiet everything gets once you close your room door. The windows are proper double-glazed, so even though you’re in central London, you won’t hear the buses grinding gears on Praed Street. There’s no on-site restaurant, but that’s actually perfect — the full kitchens mean you can grab groceries from the Marks & Spencer at Paddington or venture out to the dozens of spots within walking distance. The building offers parking, which if you know London, is basically like finding treasure.

"Perfect stay in London"
Fountain house located in the best place in london “Lancaster” from my opinion which is in front of Hyde Park, Winter land, Oxford, Picadilly, Paddington Elizabeth line to Heathrow.
The apartment was totally clean and equipped with kitchen essentials tools also with Washing machine.
Very nice staff and very welcoming people I really appreciate them during my stay and I will consider this is my only destination in London.
What could be improved: Nothing at all.

good location next to the metro station and the hyde park enterance .. nice staff and it's clean place they have cleaning services everyday and another. and tge most good thing about it that it has bidet (شطاف) for arab ppl would love this option.

"Exceptional"
Perfect location for sightseeing. Opposite a tube stop as well as buses which take you everywhere. Lift is a bonus for luggage. Although the apartment is on a main street, there is no street noise. Occasional rumble of the tube, but, it is not bothersome. Would definitely stay again.

"Highly recommended"
The best place to stay in London! We were five adults and one baby, and the apartment was perfect for us. It has a lovely living room with a beautiful view of Hyde Park. The beds are very comfortable, the furniture is clean, and the washing machine works perfectly.
The location is excellent, just a few steps from Lancaster Gate Station and Hyde Park.
And the staff are so helpful.

"Fantastic location, spacious apartment"
Fantastic location, right next to Lancaster Gate underground and bus stop, across the road from Hyde Park and walking distance from Paddington station. Comfortable living area, kitchen with dishwasher and full sized fridge made family living convenient.
Serviced Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
What could be improved: Overall the apartment was fantastic and we would definitely book again. A few little things to note. There was Inadequate crockery and cutlery for number of guests. Proximity to underground meant occasional rumble of trains could be heard. Only my daughter and I noticed, the rest of the family didn’t, so not very loud. The bed in the main bedroom was very close to the wall on one side. All very minor critiques which woul not prevent us booking again.

"Great family holiday, perfect location"
We were a family of four with a 1-year-old baby.
The apartment was high standard, clean, and stylish — it was pleasant to spend time inside.
Hyde Park is just a 1-minute walk away, and my parents, visiting London for the first time, absolutely loved it.
Lancaster Gate Station is only a 1-minute walk, and Oxford Street is just one stop away.
Bus stops are also within a minute’s walk, and it was easy to book a taxi when needed.
The reception and cleaning staff were professional and very welcoming.
What could be improved: The shower drained very slowly — after about 5 minutes the water would start filling up, and we had to turn it off to let it drain.
