"Good location but no aircon"
This apartment is in a really great location and isn’t super loud at night in the bedroom. Walking distance to main train stations which was super useful.
What could be improved: The property listing states that there is aircon however there isn’t and it’s only a standing fan. We booked this place because it had aircon and was just lucky we weren’t there through a heatwave.

"Great place for me. Not recommended for women."
Great location in SOHO. Pre-arrival communication was excellent. Very comfortable and clean. Kitchen well equipped. SOHO is noisy. I was impressed with the soundproofing. The mgmt company is doing many things very well.
What could be improved: Not safe for single women. The outside door is very difficult to open. You must press the final button on the lock keypad at the exact moment you throw your body weight into the door to get it open. Yes, it's that difficult. Because of this, it's impossible to block the keypad code from anyone standing in the alley. Also, because the door doesn't work well, it does not fully close without a solid push or pull. Looking at the door, it's not obvious that it's open. Consider a guest in another apartment might not notice. I found the outside door open several times when I left the building. The inside door to the apartment is very solid and has two locks. I'm a big guy and don't travel with expensive things. I would stay there again, but I would do all I could to stop any female friends from staying here on their own. I gave the management company this feedback. Their reply was that the external door was fine as it is.

"Superb"
The location is excellent. Just less than 5 minutes walk to Soho. 5 minutes to Oxford St. The room is clean and tidy. There are some necessary utilities provided as well : oven, hob, fridge, washing machine.
What could be improved: If you sleep on the sofa bed, it is very noisy at night as there is a bar downstair. However, it is pretty quiet in the bedroom. There is no lift and the stairs are very narrow. If you got big luggages, so be prepared on that.

LOCATION was unbeatable!! Spacious with a nice size refrigerator and great windows that open to give you fresh air and a view (but noisy) You can walk everywhere BUT bring a noise machine and ear plugs as it’s Extremely noisy up to 4 am. having a washer was great with a rack to dry The kitchen was great with an oven, stovetop and was stocked with cooking supplies. we stayed over Christmas so it was only noisy a couple of nights. it was great having 2 rooms with plenty of room for luggage. closet had a nice closet unit, a safe and an iron
What could be improved: NOISY in the front room but in the back they added a second window which helped but a white noise machine needed.The shower has very little little pressure which makes it hard for people with long hair to get the shampoo out. they provide one tiny shampoo and one tiny body wash for 3 people delay in response time during the day for questions expect an hour delay and not a quick answer 2 rolls of toilet paper so we ran out and had to search for a store NO paper towels

What could be improved: The safe locked and we couldn’t get money out for over 24 hours. We rang, messaged, emailed property, repair man etc and no response for over 24 hours. Caused a lot of stress.

"Fabulous, fabulous fabulous!"
Location was excellent - heart of Soho. Property had a "nice feel" to it and flowed well. Comfortable and good use of space. Good facilities within the property. Good size of property.
What could be improved: To be honest i am struggling to come up with anything! It was EXCELLENT!
