Beautiful clean refurbished apartment in a great location. Host has thought of everything and the apartment is well maintained. Mattresses very comfortable and living area very spacious. Added bonus of parking space was great.

There had obviously been a great deal pf thought applied to what guests would need in a holiday apartment. Neither the bedrooms nor the bathrooms were spacious, but everything worked well enough. There were plenty of electrical plug points and the provisions and products for guests were more than adequate.
What could be improved: Two minor points: The thermostat in the hallway corridor appeared to be adjustable, but wasn't and we sweltered at 24 degrees. Commonsense says that a check on this would benefit both guest and owners who are paying large bills. Secondly, in the second bathroom, the water can maddeningly vary from too hot to very cold in a matter of 20 seconds depending on the increase or decrease in flow (and not the hot/cold adjustment)! Oh! and a third comment: All the rules are clear and helpful, except where guests come from countries where the recycling rules are different and we couldn't work out where glass was supposed to go!

The property is beautiful, clean and everything you could think of. The communication from the owners really good. Set up perfect for us 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Had a Tesco food delivery. Far enough out of London to de-stress but close enough to see the sights easily.

"Perfect Apartment for a Comfortable Stay!"
We had an amazing experience at this apartment! It’s beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and everything feels brand new. The modern touches and well-equipped amenities really made it stand out. Communication with the host was fantastic—friendly and super efficient, which made everything easy from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and will definitely be returning!

Good location
What could be improved: Occupants in flat above woke us up every morning at 5am. We discovered huge amounts of mould and a very damp wall (actually wet to touch) in the flat which the owners tried to blame on us….very unhelpful and refused a full refund for the nights we didn’t stay in the flat due to the mould.
