There’s a lovely walk to Harrow-on-the-Hill station (about 15 minutes if you don’t mind the slight incline), and you’ll pass actual neighborhood pubs and corner shops along the way. The area feels safely suburban but still connected, which is perfect if you want that authentic London experience without the constant hustle.
Room Comfort
My room was smaller than what you’d get at a chain hotel, but it was thoughtfully laid out — every inch actually served a purpose. The bed was properly comfortable (not just hotel-comfortable), and the heating worked brilliantly, which matters more than you’d think during those damp English months. The bathroom was compact but spotless, with decent water pressure and those little touches like quality towels that show someone cares about the details.

Breakfast happens in a cozy dining room that feels more like someone’s conservatory than a hotel restaurant. They do a proper full English if that’s your thing, but I actually preferred their continental options — fresh pastries and really good coffee that doesn’t taste like it’s been sitting around since dawn. The evening crowd tends to be a mix of business travelers and families, which creates this relaxed atmosphere where you can actually have a conversation.

From the moment I arrived on business, Ali and his family were extremely courteous and attentive, and went way beyond the call of duty. Everything was perfect, comfy clean bed, clean spacious room, breakfast, hot shower en suite. I would highly recommend Pinner View and look forward to my stay in the future

"Very friendly host: clearly cares about the guest experience, would not hesitate to come back."
Very pleased with a great safe clean property. Freshly renovated. Enjoyed the comfortable kitchen, was good to come back late and be able to make a cuppa with proper milk! Then a choice of good fresh coffee. Surprised how quiet the room was. Perfect for our stay. Wifi worked well!
What could be improved: Good to have off street parking but a dropped curb would be better, or a wedge to soften the parking.

"Superb"
Bed is comfortable. There is dysney+ on tv. In our room was mini fridge and microwawe, which was verry convenient! In the shared kitchen is not only coffee and tea, but also some cornflakes and jam. The place has private and comfortable smoking area outside the building. And the staff is very caring and polite.
What could be improved: Dishes are not verry clean. And there is only one pot and one frying pan in the kitchen, which is shared by five rooms. Also there is poor sound isolation.

The room was really clean, lovely comfortable bed and fabulous shower in the en-suite.
Fridge and microwave in the room with a main shared kitchen - breakfast goods and fruit were provided which we were not expecting.
We were met by the really friendly host who showed us around and was super helpful when we had an issue with another guests TV volume late at night!
Great to have off street parking available, although it looked like it would have been easy to find somewhere on the road.
What could be improved: The automatic on and off timer of the lights in the kitchen - may I suggest the length of time the light stays on is extended a little? When washing up our mugs/plates I barely got through one item before the light went off and I had to dance about to make the sensor notice me again! Tricky at night to see what you're doing with the light off. A great idea for energy saving but a bit longer would be helpful.

"Really good value. Thank you"
The room was clean we had space to sit and have a tea. There were kitchen facilities which included a cooker. Tea / coffee and milk was all provided. There was cereal, fruit and buffet type cake for breakfast.
Everything was clean.
