"Great stay"
The place was really nice, quiet and spacious. In a tower block but quiet and modern! It was a very last minute due to a nightmare with another property. Landlord was super quick to help us which was much appreciated! Couldn't of asked for better for London, close to shops and a 15 min bus to Kings Cross! Loved the kitchen! Heating floors throughout but can control Everything you would need for a comfortable stay! Thanks
What could be improved: Showers weren't the best, toilet seat was broken however I'm assuming it had been logged and the landlord was sorting but due to last min booking didn't get time! 2 toilets so not a problem!!

"Terrible Deceived on the location"
The apartment is super clean and comfortable for 5 adults. 2 bathrooms. Spacious and value for money as compared to small hotel rooms. Quiet neighbourhood. Nearest underground tube is Old Street. About 10 mins walk.
What could be improved: The address as stated is not the actual address. We booked an airport transfer which dropped off at 250 City Road. The apartment is one block behind. With 2 elderly lugging our bags to another block at 8 Dingley. Booking.com website stated 450ft from King's Cross station . This is deceiving. We booked this apartment basing on the 450ft from King's Cross Station where we need to catch an early morning train . I have 2 elderly and had caused so much inconvenience. We had to book 2 Uber cars and had spend extra money on transport. Felt terribly deceived . For those who wanted to be near King's Cross station ,this is not the right place to stay. I told the host about being deceived. He kept quiet about it, so it is either the host problem or Booking.com on the actual address and distance to King's Cross station. Please be transparent and honest about the distance.

The flat is brand new and clean, 2 large rooms with bathroom and fully equipped. Nice area with all services and a grocery at 1 min walk.
What could be improved: The property had an unbelievable issue with the keys on day 1 and the assistant managed to find an alternative solution in Baker Street area. The next day we moved in. The flat is brand new and very well Located close to Old Street tube station. All in alla good accommodation and vacation. The flat is suitable for 6, but the sofa bed solution in the sitting room is unfit for 2 adults. Our stay could have been perfect without the issue with the keys.

Great location. Everything we needed was there. Super clean. Good communication. Easy check out.
What could be improved: It would have been good to have a house manual for info. Didn't love having to go get a key from around the block, but wasn't the end of the world. I believe the photos are stock photos from the apartment brochures.
