"Parking penalty was absolutely unreasonable"
Location
What could be improved: I have paid the parking still I got parking penalty due to my car wheel was touching the curb . With out touching the curb I couldn’t get out of the car because the parking space was very tight and narrow. And I didn’t obstruct the pedestrian, there was mo pedestrian crossing beside the car. That made me very upset

Very good apartment for our family's week in London. The place has everything you might need, including free coffee, tea and spices for cooking. Fully equipped kitchen and also hygiene products available. Spacious enough for 7 people as one of us didn't mind sleeping in the living room. The owner is lovely, it was super easy to communicate with her and she responded quickly. We were able to check-in earlier as the apartment was empty.
What could be improved: The shop where you need to go to pick up the key is a 10-minute walk from the apartment, which can be an inconvenience especially if you have a lot of luggage. Also, the shop is supposed to be open 24/7 but it was actually closed when we went to return the key at 6 am! Luckily a member of staff was inside so we could leave it. Would be also good to have more than one set of keys for 7 people. Some small things were broken, such as the shower holder and curtains. The floor felt sticky when we arrived which was probably due to cleaning products.

Well kept apartment. Busses to the centrum of Londen stop right before the door. It is a ~40 minute ride to London Eye (bus 76) or 20 minutes to London Bridge (bus 21).

"Good family apartment in the neighbourhoods of Central London."
The property was in a quiet area with paid parking facility. nicely maintained apartment with all basic amenities needed were available. Communication with the property manager was excellent with prompt response every time I had a question or a query. Definitely recommend the property for any stay period.
What could be improved: Kitchen equipment needs some work. cutlery was available but hard to find in the large number of serving, mixing spoons and spatulas. sink tap was leaking but was manageable.

Host was responsive and helpful. Place is situated quite near to the centre as well which helped when going into to centre to explore.
What could be improved: Smoke alarm rang off randomly for the whole day (due to low batteries) and floor was a bit dusty when we first went in but overall it was a nice stay.
