Overview
First Impressions
Spacious 3-Bed Cosy Flat in Westminster sits tucked away on Elverton Street, and honestly, the name pretty much tells you everything you need to know. This three-star apartment doesn’t try to be something it’s not — it’s just a well-maintained, properly spacious place that actually delivers on its promise of comfort. The building itself is one of those classic London conversions that blend into the neighborhood perfectly, which I appreciate more than flashy entrances.
The Space That Works
Walking into the flat, you immediately get why they emphasize “spacious” in the name. The layout flows naturally — three proper bedrooms that aren’t cramped afterthoughts, plus a living area where you can actually spread out without bumping into furniture. The kitchen is functional rather than fancy, but it’s got everything you’d need if you want to avoid eating out every meal in London. I mean, with grocery prices these days, having that option matters.
Westminster Living
Here’s what’s great about Elverton Street — you’re properly in Westminster without being stuck in the tourist chaos around Parliament. Victoria Street runs nearby, which gives you that urban energy, but the actual street stays surprisingly quiet. You can walk to St. James’s Park in about ten minutes, and honestly, that’s one of those London perks that never gets old. The transport links work well too — Victoria Station is close enough to be useful but far enough that you don’t hear the constant rumble.
Real London Details
The neighborhood has that mix of residential and business that makes Westminster actually livable rather than just a place tourists visit. There’s a Tesco Express around the corner (trust me, you’ll use it), and the local pubs are the kind where you might actually chat with locals rather than just other travelers. The flat itself feels lived-in in the best way — everything works properly, the heating responds when you need it, and there’s enough room to unpack without playing furniture Tetris.
Why Guests Keep Coming Back
What strikes me about this place is how it solves the London accommodation puzzle without drama. You get proper space for groups or families, you’re central without being overwhelmed, and the price makes sense for what you’re getting. The 7.5 rating feels about right — it’s not trying to wow you with designer touches, but it delivers reliably on the basics that actually matter when you’re exploring the city. Sometimes that’s exactly what you need.

"Good base for exploring London"
Excellent location. Comfortable beds. Well equipped with great touches such as: tea, coffee, sugar, washing up liquid, cloths, tea towels, spare shampoo, body wash, toothpaste etc.
A great property if you’re planning to be out and about visiting London and coming back to sleep. The owner is very quick to reply to messages and gave clear instructions for getting to, and entering the ground floor flat. Easy key pick up (from convenience store round the corner)
What could be improved: The extractor fans in the bathroom and toilet are a bit noisy and the toilet door doesn’t lock (not so much of a problem for us, as a family, but it may be for a group of friends. There isn’t a living room and this kitchen is a bit small for 6 people (we knew this already, and again, it wasn’t a problem for us as we just wanted a comfortable place to come back to and sleep)

"Basic no frills flat in superb quiet location. Good value for location. We would stay again."
Location was good and brilliant restaurants nearby. Property was basically furnished but was true to the photos shown on the sight. It was warm and clean. The location was peaceful and key pick up was easy.
What could be improved: The toilet door was a bit stiff to open, landlord informed and flat could have benefited from more mirrors throughout. We were a party of 4 and it was ok but would be a squeeze for 6.

What could be improved: Just a little tired.

"Excellent location, value for money, some tweaks needed."
The property is in an excellent location to Westminster, Buckingham Palace and access to the underground.
The beds were very comfortable and clean. Ample supply of towels.
Communication with the host was superb. They responded to all my questions and made sure my concerns were addressed asap.
Excellent value for money.
What could be improved: Some areas could do with redecorating, damp patches on the walls and ceilings.
A lick of paint on the walls to cover marks.
The whole property could do with a deep clean and the furniture in the lounge room given some thought for the number of people the accommodation could hold.
The mish mash of plates etc… just added to a feeling of ‘making do’. Some pictures etc…
This is the personal opinion of 3 older ladies who booked the accommodation for a weekend.
