Zen Home Camden Town – By KeyHol Holidays
First Impressions
Stepping into Zen Home Camden Town – By KeyHol Holidays, you immediately get that “modern apartment living” vibe rather than traditional hotel formality. The building sits right on Camden Road, which honestly means you’re hearing some street noise — but that’s London for you. What caught my attention was how they’ve managed to create these self-contained spaces that actually feel like you’re staying in someone’s well-appointed flat, not a cookie-cutter hotel room.
The Space Itself
Each apartment here comes with a proper kitchen setup — and I mean actually usable, not those tiny hotel kitchenettes that barely fit a coffee maker. You’ve got a full-size fridge, proper cooking facilities, and enough counter space to spread out if you’re planning to eat in. The living areas are thoughtfully laid out with comfortable seating, and there’s something refreshing about having separate spaces instead of everything crammed into one room.
Camden Town Location
Here’s what I love about staying here — you’re genuinely in London life, not tourist bubble land. Camden Market is literally a few minutes’ walk away, which means incredible street food and that chaotic energy Camden’s famous for. But here’s the insider bit: head the other direction toward Regent’s Park, and within ten minutes you’re in one of London’s most beautiful green spaces. The tube connections are solid too — Camden Town station gets you anywhere you need to go.
What Makes It Work
The four-star rating feels about right for what you’re getting here. It’s not trying to be fancy — no marble lobbies or doormen — but everything works well and feels clean and modern. The WiFi actually handles video calls (trust me, I tested it), and there’s decent parking nearby if you’re brave enough to drive in London. What impressed me most was the attention to practical details — proper lighting for reading, enough outlets where you need them, and blackout curtains that actually block the streetlights.
Why Guests Love It
You know what really sets this place apart? The independence factor. You can grab groceries from the nearby shops, cook breakfast in your own space, and come and go without dealing with hotel schedules. It’s perfect for longer stays or if you’re traveling with family and need that extra room to breathe. The area has this great mix of local pubs and international food — you’re not stuck eating hotel restaurant meals every night. Plus, Camden’s got this authentic London neighborhood feel that you just don’t get staying in zone one tourist areas.
