"Amazing apartment"
Apartment is amazing, views into central London, location right next to Westfield, Amazon fresh shop on your doorstep for essentials, 2 tube stations within 5 min walk. Apartment was really well equipped with everything you would need. Management were equally as good with communication and ease of checking in and out. Will definitely be back to stay again

Great location, access to the entire apartment. A very comfortable experience. Having the ability to cook with seasonings and spices is always a priority for me whenever in England, the apartment had the necessary equipment.
What could be improved: Having toiletries such as hand soap and body wash are a necessity. Everything else was fine.

"We had a wonderful quick refresh on this high rise apartment and would like to stay longer next time."
The property is clean and well kept. Very relaxing and comfortable. I love the morning coffee at the balcony while enjoying the view. We got everything we needed in the apartment and the host is very accommodating and approachable. We would like to go back here and stay longer. Another thing we loved about the property is the proximity to the nearest tube station.

"Der Aufenthalt in der Wohnung hat uns sehr gefallen."
Gute Lage in der Nähe zweier U-Bahn-Linien. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Schöne Wohnung im 21. Stock mit wunderbarer Aussicht auf die Londoner Skyline. Sehr saubere Wohnung mit gut ausgestatteter Küche. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Gastgeber und eingehen auf Wünsche zur Verbesserung. Das hinterlegte Depotgeld wurde nach der Reise rasch zurückvergütet.
What could be improved: Einige kleine Verbesserungen sind noch möglich: es gibt zu wenige Aufhängehacken oder ähnliches für Badetücher und Kleider im Bad. Defekte Pfannen (zerkratzte) könnten ersetzt werden.

"Un desastre de principio a fin"
El tamaño y los complementos de la casa
What could be improved: El proceso de registro y reserva, largo y tedioso. Además de la reserva con Booking hay que registrarse en la página web de Niru y facilitar todos los datos de la reserva. Tuve que hacer un deposito de 300 libras por la limpieza del que perdi casi 100 € solo por comisiones bancarias al pagarlo y al recuperarlo. Para poder recuperar el depósito tuve que escribir reclamándolo repetidas veces. Para poder entrar en el apartamento tuve que esperar un buen rato en la calle pasando frio hasta que llegó alguien (la chica que limpiaba el apartamento) para darme acceso. Pagué un dia adicional para poder hacer el check in muy temprano el segundo dia y el apartamento estaba helado. La calefaccion no funcionaba bien y pasaron 8 horas hasta que la temperatuta del apartamento era aceptable. Me ofrecieron la asistencia de un tecnico pero llegaba 10 horas depues de haber hecho el check in. Como compensacion me ofrecieron un enlace a una página web genérica con descuentos en restaurantes y bares en Londres que evidentemente no me sirvió para nada. Nunca más!
