But what I really loved was the neighborhood itself — there’s this brilliant mix of Middle Eastern shops and cafes that stay open late, plus you’re close enough to Little Venice that you can walk there on a nice evening.

The parking situation is better than most places in London, though you’ll still need to plan ahead. What impressed me was how the staff handled the small stuff — they actually seemed to care about making sure everything worked properly. The Wi-Fi was solid throughout my stay, and when I had a minor issue with the shower, they sorted it out the same day.
