"Disappointing"
It was terrible. We were supposed to use a code to get the key out of the key box, however the code we got didn’t work and we read in the welcome letter, that the code changed every day for safety reasons. We understand that part, but they didn’t send us a new code so we hade to try to contact the owner but they didn’t answer when we where trying to call them and when we emailed them too they didn’t respond. Finally after 1h we got a email that with the new code in it.

"Très beau séjour"
La propreté, l’endroit est neuf, bien décoré, spacieux et très sécuritaire. À quelques pas de la station Seven Sisters et marchés. L’unité 8 que nous avions était au 1er étage( pas de marches ) avec un grand balcon.
What could be improved: Les instructions ne sont pas à jour. En arrivant, personne pour aider, pas d’Internet, on essaie d’appeler le numéro sur WhatsApp tel qu’indiqué sans succès. On a du payer pour ajouter du crédit pour le dungle. On envoie la facture et pas de retour. À suivre… Si vous comptez cuisiner il faut tout apporter, sel, poivre, … car il n’y a absolument rien. Pas de Kleenex non plus. Ce n’est pas un reproche, mais bon à savoir.

Le confort de l appartement (2 chambres dont une avec accès directe à la salle de bain) cuisine équipée ( lave-vaisselle- lave-linge- grand frigo avec congélateur)
What could be improved: la procédure pour récupérer les clés n est pas simple! toutes les étapes de la procédure se font par mail ( que se passe t il si on a un problème de messagerie) Le versement de la caution devrait être anticipé (que se passe t il si l on rencontre un problème lors du virement ? On reste dans la rue? Un accueil physique pose moins de question! On ne peut accéder à la boîte à clés qu'après avoir rempli toute la procédure ( cad au bout d'une heure avec l angoisse que celle-ci n aboutisse!) l équipement vaisselle demanderait à être complété ( difficulte de cuisiner pour 4!) cafetière à piston pas pratique quand on est 3 ou 4!

Fajny układ mieszkania, ładnie urządzone, bardzo czysto i wszystko co potrzebne do funkcjonowania można znaleźć w apartamencie.
What could be improved: Rezerwacja i płatność dokonana dużo wcześniej, a mimo to nie otrzymaliśmy wcześniej wskazówek do wejścia do apartamentu. Obsługa powinna wcześniej przesyłać wskazówki oraz informacje o wpłacie kaucji. W dniu przyjazdu przez godzinę załatwialiśmy pozostałe formalności, co uniemożliwiało wejście do mieszkania.

"Exklusive Wohnung , sehr guter Preis"
Sehr schöne zwei Zimmer Küche , Bad Wohnung in Tottenham. Die Tube Station Seven Sisters ist ca. 8min entfernt und braucht bis in die City ca. 20min. Der Stansted Express Train hält an Tottenham Hale und ist ca. 14min zu Fuß entfernt. Die Wohnung hat Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine,Herd mit Backofen, Kaffemaschine usw... Die Schlafzimmer haben zwei Doppelbetten. Ein sehr exklusive Wohnung zu einem sehr guten Preis. Würden wir immer wieder buchen. Sehr guter telefonischer und per Mail Support.
