Walking into this two-bedroom flat, you notice how much natural light pours through the windows — something that’s genuinely rare in London rentals, trust me. The living area flows nicely into the kitchen, which actually has proper counter space and appliances that work (again, not a given in this city). The balcony isn’t huge, but it’s big enough for morning coffee and gives you a peek into the neighborhood’s rhythm — people heading to work, kids walking to school, that sort of thing.
Location and Getting Around
N15 isn’t the postcode tourists usually aim for, but that’s exactly why it works. You’re in proper Tottenham here, about a 15-minute walk to Seven Sisters station, which puts you on the Victoria line straight into central London. The area has this authentic North London vibe — Caribbean bakeries next to Turkish grocers, proper pubs that locals actually drink in, and Bruce Castle Park just down the road when you need some green space.
Why It Actually Works
What I really appreciated was having a proper base to come back to after long days of sightseeing. The two bedrooms mean you’re not tripping over each other if you’re traveling with family or friends, and there’s enough fridge space to store actual groceries instead of living off meal deals. The 9.1 rating makes sense once you’re there — it’s not trying to be something it isn’t, just a well-maintained, comfortable place that delivers exactly what it promises.
Why Guests Love It
You know what sets this place apart? It gives you that “temporary local” feeling without the premium price tag of staying in Zone 1. The host clearly knows what travelers actually need — good Wi-Fi, proper heating, and those little touches like decent lighting for getting ready. It’s an apartment in a very safe building, it feels like home. It’s spacious and clean. We traveled with 2 people - my sister and I and we both had our own room.
We didn’t cook cause we ate out but if you want to cook, the kitchen is great. It’s super clean upon arrival and the tube station and busses are not far from the apartment. The apartment offers a bath which is lovely after strolling a day in the city.
What could be improved: I visited this building before earlier this year when I stayed in a different apartment from the same host. To be honest, the first time trying to locate the key box was a bit confusing. I think the instructions could be clearer. (It stated that the key box was under the stairs but it’s on the opposite side of the stairs. There was another key box under the staircase which made it extra confusing because when my code didn’t work I freaked out and it took a while to figure out that I was trying the wrong key box (but at the location described in the information I received) But because now I know where it’s actually located, I could find it easily. That’s literally my only comment of improvement. The apartment is as advertised, lovely- the hosts respond fast and communicate clearly. If the apartments are still available next year I would definitely book again / for a 3rd time with these hosts.

Very nice, cozy apartment located in safe quiet area. The apartment was clean and absolutely beautiful:)! Metro until 10min by foot and bus also closer.

"Exceptional"
We as a family enjoyed the surroundings, playground ,quiet area and short distance to the underground and bus . We will make the trip here next year as well ,then with all children and grandchildren.
What could be improved: Nothing to complain about.

"A very comfortable, lovely and amazing stay."
Property was in the heart of Tottenham, few minutes walk to the shops, bus station and 3 different train stations. Literally 8mins to the retail park.
Quiet, private and clean compound.
Apartment was very very neat, spacious enough, balcony facing the park and street.
Really nice apartment.
What could be improved: I loved everything about the property. Just need to suggest to host to provide an Iron (very important) and if possible Cooking Spoons and a blender would be really handy for guests.

"Pleasant"
Place was lovely and clean and spacious
What could be improved: Extremely hot no fans supplied. Constant noise in the park till very early hours in the morning . Wifi wasnt working at all had to use my own data. Lack of parking can only park outside for a maximum of 2 hours then had to keep moving the car constantly

"Super, je recommande"
Appartement très joli, très propre, dans une très belle résidence sécurisée. Pas loin du métro et de quelques magasins.
What could be improved: Nous avons du contacter quelqu’un par téléphone à l’arrivée car le code de la boîte à clef ne fonctionnait pas, et pour le départ, nous avons laissé les clés au gardien à l’entrée pour le même problème, dommage, car ça fait perdre du temps. Mais hormis ça, l’appartement est incroyable et le service client est réactif

"Very good"
Große, helle und saubere Wohnung mit guter Lage zum Zentrum. Gut ausgestattete Küche.
Wir würden sie wieder buchen!
What could be improved: Die Wohnung ist echt schön und hat viele leere Wände. Es fehlen überall Haken, es gibt keine Garderobe. Man weiß leider nicht, wo man seine Jacke oder Handtuch aufhängen soll. Wir haben dafür die Stühle und die Couch benutzt. Schade
