"Plenty of room for a large group or family."
Great location. Short walk to New Cross Station. Grocery stores within a short drive. Apartment is four bedrooms with 5 beds; two twins and three queen size. Plenty of kitchen supplies for large group to eat inhouse. Full size fridge allows for storing of all your groceries. Televisions in everyone room as well. Bathrooms are actually 1.5 (only one shower). Overall clean but upstairs area has a carpet that is dirty. There is a drying rack outside if you do laundry. Parking can hold a large van. Area is quiet.
What could be improved: There is no full size dining room table despite the guest capacity and room for a larger table. Downstairs room window’s do not open. With hot days the apartment was really warm. Bedroom doors are electric and spring closing, creates loud sounds when going in and out of rooms. WIFI Password did not work for us. Communication could have been better.

The property is clean and spacious, located on a quiet road with a large park a couple of minutes away. You have use of the house's off road parking space. The host is friendly and helpful - there was an issue with the property caused by a previous guest and they handled it extremely well.
What could be improved: Be aware there is no living room type area with couch and TV, only a smaller room with high chairs adjacent to the kitchen. This suited our group fine.

"A great apartment"
The holiday apartment was very comfortable, clean, and easy to reach. The host regularly checked in to see how we were doing. We felt very much at home and are looking forward to another stay in this apartment in London.

El lugar esta bien! Habitaciones con televisor... lugar cómodo. Buena cocina. Tenía un patio trasero.
What could be improved: No tenía una mesa decente. Tenía una mesa alta para 2 personas y la capacidad era para 7. Comimos sentados en el suelo. Creo que se puede prescindir de la mesa de billar y poner una mesa para 6.

La amplitud de la cocina y de las cuatro habitaciones. La comodidad de tener una casa entera para ti. La decoración y la ropa de cama muy suave y limpia
What could be improved: No tiene salón porque han hecho un dormitorio. Tiene una zona pequeña con una mesa de billar y una mesa de bar con cuatro sillas pero no tiene sofá para compartir un rato todos juntos. Podían habilitar el jardín al menos en verano con una mesa grande y ocho sillas para poder comer todos juntos. Sería estupendo

What could be improved: Moje doświadczenie z pobytem w tym obiekcie było skrajnie rozczarowujące i niestety zdominowane przez jeden, kluczowy problem: absolutny brak czystości i panujący brud. Czystość: Katastrofa Stan, w jakim zastaliśmy mieszkanie, był nieakceptowalny i można go określić mianem syfu. Łazienka: Pleśń pod prysznicem, brudne fugi, włosy poprzednich gości na podłodze i umywalce. Kuchnia: Tłuste, klejące blaty, brudne naczynia i sztućce w szafkach, resztki jedzenia w zlewie. Sypialnia/Salon: Kurz na meblach, brudne i poplamione pościele/narzuty, widoczne śmieci pod łóżkiem lub w kątach, zostawione stare skarpety w szafkach. Oczekiwałem, że mieszkanie przygotowane dla gości będzie czyste i zdezynfekowane, zwłaszcza w świetle opłaty za sprzątanie. Zamiast tego zastałem warunki, które uniemożliwiały komfortowy i higieniczny pobyt. Musieliśmy poświęcić własny czas na doraźne sprzątanie kluczowych miejsc, co jest niedopuszczalne.
