"A spacious and modern apartment in a convenient location."
Lovely, spacious apartment, close to public transport and grocery shops.
What could be improved: The beds were a bit hard and the kitchen was not equipped with a microwave (this wasn’t an issue for us but still worth mentioning). We also had a bit of a problem accessing the smart box for the key, but the staff did their best to help.

What could be improved: A viewing was agreed during the stay for an external party, during the viewing visit, the staff that brought the prospective buyer didnt knock on the door on arrival, rather she opened the door with the alternative key and intruded into our privacy. This is bad professional act and should be corrected forthwith. Regards.

"Happy to stay overall. The host should give clearer check in instructions and parking details."
Spacious and new.
What could be improved: No dishwasher, no laundry powder provided despite having a washing machine. The host failed to provide the correct entry instructions. There is free parking on the road yet the host informed the opposite.

Clean, spacious, safe (you need to go through 3 gates with codes/keys
What could be improved: The location. It will be fine later, but there are 2 main constructions going on just right next to the building. Trucks are coming early morning, parking just right below the balcony. Opposite the building there is a deconstruction, so except the weekend, you won't be able to sleep too long. The main bedroom has a queen bed, with a very soft mattress.

It was a lovely, clean, accommodation in a lovely location, close to shops and easy to get around. The hosts promptly responded to inquiries, which was great 👍
What could be improved: A little attention to details would have made a lot of difference. We were a family of 5, and stayed for a whole week - there was no change of bed linens, tissue paper was minimal, or even bin liners. I would have also loved if there was at least one fan in each room, as it is summer, and there are window restrictors, making sleeping very uncomfortable. Also, there was a construction going on very close by, which caused a lot of noise and discomfort during the day.

Das Appartement ist sehr hübsch. Die Lage und Raumaufteilung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Ein großer Supermarkt ist in 10 Minuten Laufweite zu erreichen. Zur U-Bahn sind es ca. 15 Minuten Fußweg. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern verlief unkompliziert.
What could be improved: Bezüglich Sauberkeit in der Küche hätten wir etwas mehr Gründlichkeit erwartet. Teilweise fanden wir noch Essensspuren der vorigen Gäste am Besteck/Geschirr. Die Oberflächen der Küchenschränke (auch innen) waren zudem nicht sauber - manche Flächen waren klebrig.
