Overview

First Impressions

Apt 3, Soho Apartments 2nd & 3rd floors by Indigo Flats sits right on Wardour Street, and honestly, the location hits you before you even step inside. You’re literally in the heart of London’s theater district — I mean, you can hear the buzz from the street below. The building itself has that classic Soho character, wedged between cafes and vintage shops that make this neighborhood so addictive.

The Space

This four-star setup spans two floors, which actually gives it more of a townhouse feel than your typical hotel room. The layout works really well — you’ve got proper separation between living and sleeping areas, plus there’s enough space to spread out your stuff without feeling cramped. The kitchen is surprisingly well-equipped too, with everything you’d need if you want to grab groceries from Borough Market and cook something yourself.

Location & Neighborhood

You know what’s brilliant about staying here? You’re a two-minute walk from Leicester Square, but you’re on the quieter end of Wardour Street where it’s not completely mental all night long. The Chinese supermarkets and dim sum places are right around the corner, and honestly, some of the best late-night eats in London are within stumbling distance. Plus Oxford Street shopping is close enough when you need it, but far enough that you don’t get caught in the tourist chaos every time you step outside.

What Makes It Work

The apartment feels more like staying at a friend’s place than a hotel — which can be exactly what you want after a long day exploring. There’s proper Wi-Fi throughout, and the windows actually open (you’d be surprised how rare that is in central London). The 8.4 rating makes sense when you consider you’re getting apartment-style space in one of the most expensive neighborhoods in the city. I particularly liked having a washing machine — seems small, but it’s a game-changer for longer stays.

Why Guests Love It

People keep coming back here because it strikes that perfect balance between independence and location. You’re not dealing with hotel breakfast times or housekeeping schedules, but you’re still in the thick of everything that makes Soho special. The building can be a bit noisy — it’s Soho, after all — but most guests find the trade-off worth it. Actually, I’d say the street sounds become part of the experience; it’s like having the city’s heartbeat right outside your window.

"Bright apt in the middle of everything, but with covers on the windows, so noise isn’t a problem."
Location was amazing
What could be improved: There’s a lot of stairs

"Great location, clean and specious. Uncomfortable beds and shower"
The location is amazing and unbeatable. It was easy to check in and out. The apt was clean and the kitchen well equipped. The problem were the mattress in the bedrooms. They weren’t good and my back ached for the whole visit. The shower is also difficult to operate and the pressure is low. The handle of the main bedroom was broken.

"comfortable 2 bed in the heart of soho"
Very central with everything on your doorstep. Good amount of space for the price. Main bedrooms were relatively quiet given the location.
What could be improved: Only one bathroom which was tight on space.

"Good place"
Location. Cleanness. Equipments in the house. Beds.
What could be improved: Lavatory is extremely small. Bathroom is small. The dishwasher was rusty. And there was no hot water in kitchen. And there is no lift. And I asked 4 (four) times if we can leave luggage for 3 hours or not, each time staff got my name, email, phone number and they said they will inform soon, nobody replied at all..

"Good"
It is located where you can go anywhere on the upper part of the Thames River We can walk to all the delicious dessert shops and famous places around.
What could be improved: Towels were provided once during our 4 nights and 5 days stay. This was very inconvenient for travelers. The bathroom was very small, but I think it would be the same everywhere in Soho.

"The only reason to stay again would be the location. Otherwise, it is not worth it because it is not a very suitable apa"
Great location.
What could be improved: The inability to leave our luggage before check-in or after check-out was quite inconvenient. It would be helpful if a room could be arranged for this purpose. The apartment didn’t feel very clean. The floors were noticeably dirty, and the overall cleanliness could be improved. The beds and linens were not particularly comfortable, and much of the furniture felt old and worn. The bathroom was not well-suited for four people. The water pressure in the shower was low, the sink was quite small, and the provided toiletries were insufficient for our group size.

"not good value for money."
There was no breakfast.
What could be improved: The place is extremely dusty which makes it difficult to enjoy the otherwise good facility.

Very good location in Soho, close to everything. You can walk to almost all the sights in London. Full of restaurants, cafes and bars and more in the area. Good with equipment. Good host. Comfortable beds.
What could be improved: Expensive but that's because of the location. It was a bit stingy with bedding. The apartment has 2 bedrooms which is good but there were five of us and one of us slept on the sofa in the living room/kitchen and it's not possible to sleep there,, partly because of a lot of noise coming from outside, people walking under the gate and being loud in front until 4-5 in the morning then garbage trucks start coming and making a lot of noise and also because of the sofa was hard as rock. if there had been extra bedding we could sleep in the bedrooms which were spacious but there was no extra blanket. Should have better insulation in the windows.
