You’re looking at about 20 minutes to Central London on the Overground, and the area around the hotel has this genuine neighborhood feel that’s hard to find closer to the center. There’s a proper coffee shop two minutes away (not some chain), and you know what? Sometimes it’s nice to feel like you’re staying somewhere real Londoners actually live.
The Room Experience
The rooms here strike that perfect balance between comfort and style without going overboard. Each room feels thoughtfully designed — good lighting for actually reading, plenty of power outlets where you need them, and a shower that has proper pressure. The beds are seriously comfortable, which matters more than you think after a long day walking around London. Storage space is generous too, something a lot of boutique places seem to forget about.

"Good value for money"
We rented a three-bedroom apartment. The apartment is very spacious, with a huge terrace. It was equipped with a dishwasher, washer-dryer, and basic cleaning supplies, which made the stay much easier (the only thing missing was dishwashing liquid). The building has a very well-equipped gym. The apartments are located very close to the metro – just a 3–4 minute walk. There are shops nearby, including Lidl.
What could be improved: We checked in after 5:00 PM and had no issues with the check-in process itself — the host was still at the reception. Unfortunately, once we entered the apartment, we discovered there was no hot water. At the time, temperatures in London were over 30°C. I contacted the host about the issue and received a fairly prompt response, but unfortunately, the problem wasn’t resolved until the following day. As a result, we all had to take cold showers that evening.

"Exceptional"
Rose is an exceptional host. She greeted us and brought us to our room to ensure that we were settled and had all we needed. Extra keys were provided which was really helpful. The rooms are secure, warm and very clean. We had a fabulous balcony to enjoy the summer evenings. Could not recommend this property highly enough.

"Big appartment, well equipped, near metro underground, nice calm area"
Nice friendly stuff, helpfull. Give us some tips around appartement - shops, Starbucks, groceries. tennis courts and park. Near by metro station, city bus station and railway to airport Stansed. Apartement is really spacious, new, clean and with well equipped kitchen and accessories.

"Superb"
My friend and I stayed in the studio apartment, and it was more than comfortable for two people. The apartment had everything you might need (toiletries, coffee, sugar, etc.). It was very close to both the tube and bus stations. The staff were absolutely wonderful!
The only downsides were that there was no air conditioning and no balcony. The windows didn’t open all the way, so it was pretty hot in the apartment during both the day and night (the outside temperature was around 26°C during our stay).
Overall, we still had a great experience and would definitely stay again!

"Really relaxed, lovely modern flat. Excellent stay"
Very well appointed, clean, comfortable, quiet. Very close to Tottenham Hale tube and Tottenham Stadium which was handy for us.
What could be improved: Really just a small thing but it would have been extra nice if there had been a few more basic kitchen items such as tea towels or kitchen paper and dishwasher tabs - didn't want to buy some just for a couple of nights so ended up hand washing dishes. If there had been a laundry pod to use I would have put the towels in the washer dryer when leaving to save the cleaners a job.

"Superb"
Super convenient flat to stay for work trip in London. Location is a bit far away from central but with easy access via tube. Good value of money. They also provided amenities to use during your stay (washing machine cubes, dish washer cubes, toiletries etc).
What could be improved: Would be great if you can provide some room spray and surface cleaner, as well as kitchen towel so I can clean up after meals etc. Or provide more frequent light cleans.

"Exceptional"
Lots of simple but essential things provided like dishwasher pods and washing machine pods and a scissors and tea towels so helpful not to have to go out and buy these items. Apartment was spotless and very comfortable.
What could be improved: Very little not to like!
