There’s a brilliant little café two doors down where you can grab proper coffee, and Portobello Road is literally a five-minute walk — close enough to explore the markets and vintage shops, but far enough that you’re not dealing with tourist crowds outside your window. The Westbourne Park tube station is practically around the corner, which makes getting anywhere in London ridiculously easy.

Your Room

Each room here feels thoughtfully designed rather than cookie-cutter corporate. I stayed in one of their medium doubles, and while it wasn’t huge (this is London, after all), every inch was used cleverly. The bed was genuinely comfortable — not just hotel-marketing comfortable — and the bathroom had one of those rainfall showers that actually works. What I really appreciated were the little touches: decent lighting for reading, enough outlets near the bed, and windows that open properly so you can get fresh air.

The breakfast situation is pretty solid, though don’t expect a massive buffet spread. They do a nice continental setup with some hot options, and the restaurant space doubles as a cozy spot to plan your day with a proper cup of tea. The staff here actually knows the neighborhood — they pointed me toward a fantastic pub on Ladbroke Grove that I never would’ve found otherwise. There’s no spa or fitness center, but honestly, you’re in one of London’s most walkable areas, so who needs a treadmill?
