The building itself is classic Soho, wedged between a trendy coffee shop and one of those little galleries that locals actually visit.
Location & Neighborhood
Honestly, you couldn’t ask for a better spot in London. I’m talking two minutes to Leicester Square, maybe three to Covent Garden if you walk slowly. The thing about staying in Soho is that everything happens on your doorstep — late-night restaurant runs, impromptu theater visits, that random jazz bar you stumble into at midnight. During the day, you’ve got Oxford Street for shopping (though it gets mental on weekends), and the quieter streets toward Fitzrovia when you need to escape the crowds.
The Apartment Experience
What I love about this three-star place is that each apartment actually feels like a proper London flat, not some cookie-cutter hotel setup. The studios are compact but cleverly designed — you get a decent-sized room with a proper bed, and the kitchenette is surprisingly functional. I mean, you’re not cooking Sunday roasts, but coffee, toast, maybe some pasta after a long day exploring? Absolutely doable. The Wi-Fi works well (crucial for staying connected), and most units have windows that open — which sounds basic until you realize how many London hotels seal you in.
Daily Life & Practicalities
The staff keeps things simple and efficient, which works perfectly for this type of stay. There’s daily housekeeping if you want it, but honestly, having your own space means you can skip it some days and just live normally. Parking isn’t available on-site (this is central London, after all), but the nearest NCP is about a five-minute walk. Most guests don’t bother with cars anyway — the tube connections from here are fantastic, and you can walk to most tourist spots.

We loved how spacious it was. Lovely decor and very clean
Bed very soft . My son loved the apartment which was for his 13th bday .
What could be improved: I’m a bodybuilder so booked this room due to kitchen facilities.
It says there is a microwave in facilities but there was no microwave to heat up my pre made meals .
Very very loud in the basement felt like we was above a bar

"Superb"
It was nice staying at this apartment!
It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
We really appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, which included an electric kettle (with tea bags provided) and all utensils, which were clean, well-maintained, and practically new.
Other useful items included a good washing machine (with laundry pods included), an iron and ironing board, and a hairdryer.
The bed was comfortable, and the apartment overall was well-decorated and clean.
Wi-Fi worked great throughout our stay.
Communication with the host was excellent, and the check-in process was smooth and easy.
The apartment is located in central London, so you might hear some street noise, but we slept very well!

What could be improved: Some of the electrics weren’t working when I arrived (including lights and WiFi). When I told them, the company quickly told me how to fix things (i.e. clamour on a chair and sort out the fuse box). They also told me there’s a known problem with the washing machine tripping a fuse, which begs the question why they haven’t sorted that out, or at least checked the lights before guests arrive.
It wasn’t too problematic for me as I was only there one night, but it was very very noisy outside (neighbours having a party, and then argument, I think, until about 4am). Could do with better sound proofing.

Breakfast wasn't included
What could be improved: superb apartments in the centre of soho, Apartment fully equipped to a high standard. I felt like the shower was a little slippy underfoot when wet
perhaps a grab rail in the shower would help and somewhere to put shower gel etc. makes it difficult when having to bend down and it not being at arms reach.
the bathroom could do with somewhere to either store or hang towels. These are minor adjustments which would have taken your score from 9 to a well deserved 10

"Large ,modern, immaculate basement studio apartment"
Large clean, immaculate basement studio apartment. Right in the heart of Soho, close to all the shops restaurants, bars and theatre. Excellent communication from the host. If the smell from the bathroom.was sorted. I would definitely stay there again
What could be improved: There was a bad smell coming from the drains in the bathroom.
Had to keep the bathroom door closed.
Quite noisy into the early hours of the morning. However I suppose that's the price you pay for being so central. It was not a deal breaker for me

What could be improved: Noisy - expected for location but the noise from the residents upstairs was also very loud
I agree with a previous guest there is a smell in the apartment likely due to the fact it is a basement flat
There was a plug in freshener but it didn’t do the job fully

What could be improved: Quite noisy late at night but it is right in the middle of everything. Tubes do run underneath the property and it was a basement flat.
