We enjoyed the location - it’s close to Euston, King’s cross St Pancras train stations and Camden. There are comfortable beds, two bathrooms and equipped kitchen. From the beginning I was shocked about the vibration from the underground trains, but at the end of stay it even helped me to sleep 😴 Entrance and bedrooms are in the basement, but have normal windows since there are light wells.
What could be improved: Light wells were neglected and poorly maintained, so the view from the windows was not great. The garbage from the street falls down, and there is lack of plants. The house is located next to a busy street, and the windows provide very poor sound isolation. There is also a moldy smell in the basement.

Good location.
What could be improved: Main bathroom faucet poorly located. Didn't have live TV as far as I could work out. Streaming possible but need own accounts. Minimal noise from railway below. Had booked two stays 10 days apart, each of 4 days. Prior to first notified of minor damage to main bedroom floor from prior guest, was covered with black plastic and wasn't an issue. On leaving first stay notified second booking cancelled as floor needed repair even though we had booked it 4 weeks earlier. On arguing our booking should be honoured as the floor issue was minor and we were happy for second stay with the issue we were not given an option. Alternative accomodation offered was in Putney 30 min walk from nearest underground despite arguing that we had no transport and the accommodation was unsuitable. Disappointing and we acquired alternative accomodation. We were treated terribly.

Fantastic location, cool layout with a good amount of room. It was hot outside and the bedrooms are in the basement so they stayed reasonably cool which was fantastic.
What could be improved: A couple of outlets in the kitchen don't work. It needs some minor repairs.

What could be improved: Ena badrummet gick inte att använda, stopp i avloppet. Vi fick ingen ersättning. Luktade avlopp. Oljud från tunnelbanan. Fanns inga mörkläggningsgardiner i sovrummet. Bäddsoffan var stenhård. Som en planka.

What could be improved: La propreté du logement qui était clairement à refaire, ou à faire. Dommage, surtout lorsque plusieurs l’on avait prévenu avant d’allergie à la poussière. Des taches sur serviette et drap. Dédommagement ? Seulement 40£ que l’on avait payé pour l’arrivée anticipée. Le métro passe littéralement sous les chambres, on l’entend donc énormément et cela qui fait trembler les chambres. Pas pratique pour dormir. La literie est passable. Un meuble ou armoire dans la grande chambre serait appréciable. 5 chaises auraient été appréciable autour de la table (très petite). Ne vous fiez pas aux jolies photos présenté sur booking car cela ne reflète pas vraiment le séjour passé.
