Location & Getting Around
Hayes might not be central London, but that’s actually part of its charm. You’re in Zone 6, which means significantly cheaper accommodation without feeling completely disconnected from everything. The train connections are surprisingly decent — I found myself in central London faster than expected, and honestly, it was nice returning somewhere that felt more like a neighborhood than a tourist trap.
The Shared Living Experience
Here’s where this place really shines as a unique boutique hotel without official star rating. The shared spaces are maintained to hotel standards, but there’s something more relaxed about the whole setup. The other guests I encountered were respectful, and the flat has this unspoken understanding that everyone’s just trying to have a good stay. It’s sort of like having flatmates for a few days, but without any of the usual drama.

"Excellent"
Very clean and modern
Ali, the host was very hospital and welcoming. I had an interesting encounter with his dog. Will never forget😂. The experience was a good, if it was not for Ali calming effect , I would’ve jump out of the window. Well, this was first time ever, a dog came close and I stayed calm. I wished I had stayed longer to get use to the dog and help me get away from my dog phobia.
Finally, the apartment is out of this world. Very clean, well decorated and good neighbourhood. It’s so close to the Elizabeth train and many restaurants in the town of Hayes, which is 3 min walk from the apartment.
Good luck to anyone who wants to stay there , you’ll definitely enjoy!

The flat is only 10 mins walk from the Elizabeth line, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Ali was friendly and helpful throughout. He went out his way to make sure that I had everything I need. Biggie, the dog, welcomes me every time I come back to the flat.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely flat. It was bright, modern, and impeccably clean, showcasing a new development that truly impressed me. The kitchen was well-equipped with all the amenities I could ask for. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to others and would rate it without hesitation!

"Amazing location and super hosts"
Amazing location and host were super nice and made me feel comfortable like family. They were too sweet. Graham went out if the way to help with my parking arrangements outside. There were a few initial hick ups for check in. Once that was sorted then the experience was amazing.
The couple were super courteous and ensured I'm feeling comfortable and they went out of the way to take care of me. Watching a football match with host was a fabulous experience.
The beds and pillow were super comfy...esp. pillows were great.

"Good option for those on a budget and happy to stay in someones home. Near the airport!!"
The property was good value. When I booked I didn't realise it was a room in a flat that someone is living in (my fault), however, Ali is a nice guy and his dog is very friendly. The apartment itself is very well appointed but you are definately living in someone elses home. For the price though it was good and near the airport.
What could be improved: Be aware that the property is shared and there is a dog in the property, although the dog is great, some travelers may not like that. The room is basic and could use a few more pillows, as I got 1 pillow and 1 decorative cushion. Bathroom was in need of a deep clean but was tidy.

The WiFi is fast to work remotely from your room.

"Super séjours nous avons pu visiter et voir beaucoup d attractions"
Tout était bien propre fonctionnel.Transports à proximité (train, bus ).Ali a été très correct avec nous et très accueillant, malgré que je ne parler pas l anglais mais je le comprends nous avons pas eu de difficultés à nous débrouiller.beaucoup de fast-food à proximité ainsi qu un supermarché Lidl.Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.
