"STUNNING!"
Everything! The place is stunning. We were lucky to have the 1st floor at the front of the mansion flat 6. All kitchen equipment washing machine dishwasher microwave oven hob. Cooking was a breeze. I can't say home from home as mine doesn't look like that (lol) but it has everything and more. It was more like a Dubai hotel suite high ceilings and very spacious. Don't just think about booking, it is a MUST book and experience. There may be little bits of wear and tear here and there but what you get for the price WOW. Communication with hosts was great. I would definitely book again even just for a weekend.
What could be improved: The only thing was that the lift was not working during our stay. Going up and down the stairs for us was not a problem but if you really do need the lift perhaps message the host beforehand to make sure it has been repaired.

"Home from home if you are used to the best!"
Convenient location and kerb appeal. High end finish and luxury apartment. Excellent quality of bedding, towels, appliances and complimentary wash products. Underground parking for longer stays. All members of Staff have good manners and are very helpful. The host communicates swiftly and communication/acknowledgment should always be important for any business. All niggles were sorted. We would look to stay again at any one of the 150 properties owned by the Host.
What could be improved: Master en-suite, loo too close to basin, but this is something that cannot be rectified. The units above wash basin cause head to knock on it when bending to splash face with water. Some issues with one of two locks on front door, was dealt with as best as they could and we found a way round it.
