"Comfort and convenience in a perfectly presented flat"
The general vibe of the property was of simple comfort and convenience The host, Brent. was very responsive and dealt with a minor difficulty very quickly and effectively Loved the garden and squirrels
What could be improved: There was nothing to dislike about this property Not the property's fault, but there is a ridiculously high speed bump in the approach road that made my exhaust complain every time we crossed it

What could be improved: The microwave wasn’t working and there was no iron, or full length mirror. These things would be desirable especially for guests that are staying for long periods

"Exceptional"
I had a truly wonderful stay at this flat! The apartment was very spacious, beautifully equipped with everything I needed, even a dishwasher, which made daily life much easier. The bed was really comfortable, and the weekly cleaning service kept everything fresh and tidy throughout my stay. The lady who came for the cleaning was also very kind and sweet! :) Brent was always quick to respond and did his best to make sure I was comfortable. One of my favorite parts was the lovely garden, where I even got to meet some adorable squirrels! If I ever get the chance, I would definitely love to stay here again!

"Large, well-equipped and comfortable apartment and great value."
The apartment is enormous compared to other properties available at the same time at a similar rate. The photos aren't misleading. It really does take some considerable time to walk from the bedroom to the garden. I didn't use the latter because of the bad weather but it looks like a fairly pleasant place to spend a summer evening, with some decking a few plants and a table and chairs. The apartment itself is well-equipped and includes a washing machine, which is unusual in apartments like this. The bedroom is comfortable with plenty of storage space. The kitchen area has a worktop the size of an airport runway with a kettle, toaster, hob, ovens, dishwasher etc. The hosts were very responsive and allowed me to check in three hours early. I stayed an extra week and they sent a cleaner to tidy up. The neighbourhood looks drab but it's quiet and there is a corner shop 2 minutes away. NB New Cross station is slightly closer than New Cross Gate and it's easier to get on an Overground train at New Cross during the rush hour. The Overground trains going through New Cross Gate about 730/8am are usually packed but at New Cross you can even get a seat.
What could be improved: Having a washing machine was a bonus but an ironing board and iron would complement it like a large gin and tonic.

"Finest accommodation we have stayed in."
My partner and I were impressed of how well kept the flat was as it was super clean. Beautiful setting as you walk in, so spacious. The garden was gorgeous, a perfect setting for beverages/snacks. Elegant bedroom & the bed was so comfortable. Luxurious interior for both kitchen and bathroom. The owner/landlord was a kind gentleman & welcoming. Fantastic location as the train station is 5-6 minute walk. Plenty of shops/markets in the area. Overall, the finest accommodation we have stayed in.

"Great value for money property"
The property was very spacious, new furnishings throughout mostly, the landlord was very friendly and the location was relatively convenient for New Cross high street.
What could be improved: The property could have used some paint due to wear and tear and the property needed a more extensive clean when we arrived with paint flecks and dust in a number of places. Unfortunately the person that booked the flat above got drunk, lost their keys and woke us up at 4am by banging on the door.
