"We really enjoyed our stay I would recommend this apartment as it had everything we needed."
The property was in a great location. With a Sainsbury’s just over the road so very handy to get anything we needed. The parking was close to property so didn’t have to walk far with our bags and reasonably priced for London. Kay our host was easy to contact and check in was smooth. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was stunning and it was nice to have outdoor seating as well.
What could be improved: The bed wasn’t comfortable could do with a new mattress. The pillows were lumpy and the duvet was thin. The sheets were poor quality and the bed was badly made and had no mattress or pillow protectors. When we got in it the bottom sheet came off. It wasn’t a massive issue as we only stayed one night, but I do feel that considering everything else was so nice, that let it down a bit.

"Great apartment, close to amenities and station"
The property was very nice. It was clean, tidy, spacious and well equipped. Very close to silver works and has a station also very close by. Host was available when needed and was helpful.

"Well appointed spacious apartment in good location"
Well appointed apartment in a great location. Apartment has everything that you might need for either a personal or business stay. Basic shopping and some restaurants nearby and easy access to river walk or ExCel for business travelers. Plenty of room and nice view.
What could be improved: Only complaint is cleanliness. Noticed the same issues that others described with hair in the tub and other areas that may have been cleaned in a rush. That aside, nice place.

"London Marathon"
A very comfortable and modern apartment. All the rooms were large, light and spacious, including the balcony. Facilities were all brilliant and the host was very friendly and helpful. A safe and secure block with onsite security. I'd definitely recommend.
What could be improved: It is a bit pricey, although I was there on a very high demand weekend, so maybe it's less at less peak times. And, it's only a minor criticism - I want to make it clear that the flat was satisfactorily clean - however I think it could probably benefit from a more regular deep clean - I found some stray hairs in the bathroom, quite a bit of dust about, bits of food in the sink and some items left that nobody would want to inherit and use - a roll on deodorant for example! Sorry if that reads worse than it should. These are intended only as minor points. This wasn't a dirty place by any means and I'd definitely recommend it for a comfortable city stay with excellent transport links nearby.

"Overall, it was a perfect place for a short stay."
The apartment was clean, modern, and exactly as described. it had everything I needed—from a well-equipped kitchen to a cozy living space. The location is excellent: quiet, safe, and close to transport links, which made getting around very easy. There are also nice cafés and shops nearby, which was a bonus. Check-in was smooth, and communication with the host was quick and helpful. I would definitely book again when I’m in the area.
What could be improved: The apartment building is a bit hard to find due to the post code but not a big issue.

What could be improved: It was hot! Fans were provided but after leaving windows and doors open all day it was much better the second night! Obv a lot of noice from outside being in London having windows open. Better options with pillows as found hard but swapped for cushions from settee and put these in pillow case. Was so hot removed duvet and slept with sheet only. I do like it cold! Staying in a hotel tonight and have it freezing!!!!! Menopausal women!!! There are slight improvements to be made to make it excellent! Ie a hand towel in addition to the bath towel would have been good!
