Overview

First Impressions

When I first spotted Spacious & Cosy 2 Bedroom Home plus 2 Sofa-beds with Private Entrance and Back Patio, 3 min walk to Earl’s Court Station, I’ll be honest — the name’s a bit of a mouthful, but it tells you exactly what you’re getting. This four-star property sits on a quiet residential street in Kensington and Chelsea, and the private entrance immediately sets it apart from your typical London stay. You know what struck me most? The fact that you’re not sharing hallways or lifts with anyone — it genuinely feels like you’ve borrowed a friend’s place for the week.

The Space

The moment you step inside, you realize why they emphasize “spacious” in the name. Each room has proper breathing space, which is honestly rare in London. The two bedrooms are well-proportioned, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the sofa-beds — they’re actually comfortable enough that you wouldn’t mind if your teenagers ended up on them. The living area flows naturally into a functional kitchen that’s equipped with everything you need for proper meal prep, not just the bare minimum you usually find in vacation rentals.

Location & Neighborhood

Here’s where this place really wins — Earl’s Court Station is literally a three-minute walk away, and I mean actually three minutes, not “London three minutes” which usually means seven. From there, you’re connected to the District, Circle, and Piccadilly lines, so getting around becomes effortless. The surrounding area has that authentic residential London feel, with the kind of local pubs and corner shops that make you feel like you’re living here rather than just visiting.

The Back Patio

The private patio was honestly my favorite discovery. It’s not huge, but it’s properly private and gets decent afternoon sun. Having your morning coffee outside in central London — well, it’s something you don’t expect to find at this price point. The neighbors are respectfully quiet, and there’s something quite peaceful about sitting out there in the evening after a day of sightseeing. It’s the kind of outdoor space that makes longer stays feel more like home.

Why Guests Love It

What really sets this place apart is the combination of independence and location. You’re getting genuine London living — complete with your own front door and outdoor space — while being perfectly positioned for everything the city offers. The 8.3 rating makes complete sense when you consider that you’re essentially renting a small house rather than staying in a hotel or cramped apartment. Families especially seem to appreciate having multiple sleeping arrangements without sacrificing comfort, and couples love the privacy and authentic neighborhood vibe.

To book hotel in London for fashion week buzz, travelers reserve early to pair Westminster sunrise walks with evening pub rituals.

The facility is spotless, all mod cons.
What could be improved: The back room is very wet and humid.

"Good option for a large family group in London."
Close to Earls Court station and supermarkets. Accommodates 8 at a pinch but that would mean 4 people sleeping on sofa beds. Good having two showers and toilets. Fully equipped kitchen so could cook meals.
What could be improved: One bed was quite hard. It’s in a basement flat and it gets some noise from upstairs. Neighbourhood mostly fine but can be a bit edgy around the train station.

"Amazing"
The location was perfect, central and only 5 minutes walk from the metro station. Many restaurants and shops around. You will find everything you need! As for the flat, it is big and clean, perfect for a family or group of friends. Raphael the host is very nice and helpful, and he even let us leave the bags in the flat a little big longer as we could make the most of our last day! Do not hesitate to choose Raphael's flat :-)

Great location, easy tube access. Rooms were big and comfortable. It could easy fit in 8 people if not more.
What could be improved: Property was good. I find it difficult to get hold of the owner. The number did not work. I had to text in the end but having said that. He did respond almost immediately after texting.

"Weekend in London"
The loft is very large and modern, equipped with everything you need. Raphael is attentive and kind, and the key collection system is very convenient. The location is excellent, in an area with shops and restaurants and, above all, very close to Earls Court Tube. Highly recommended for those traveling with family
What could be improved: The windows are dated, and all the noise from the street can be heard at night. The mattresses could use a makeover

"great location"
Good location to transport and restaurants. Well stocked cupboard with lots of mugs and crockery.
What could be improved: The floor in the lounge room had recent water damage but was covered with a rug to hide it. Stairs to property were very steep. Property requires some maintenance.

"Well appointed flat with some minor problems, flooring needs replacing."
Reasonably quiet location very near to shops and transport. Flat was well appointed although there were some items missing ie sink plugs, oven shelves.
What could be improved: The flooring throughout the flat was uneven and in places a trip hazard - it needs replacing.
