When I first walked up to 207 Earls Court Road, I was struck by how this four-star property manages to feel both residential and hotel-like at the same time. It’s got that perfect balance where you’re not dealing with a massive lobby full of tour groups, but you’re also not wondering if you’ve accidentally booked someone’s spare room.

What really sets this place apart is the duplex layout — I mean, how often do you get actual stairs in your hotel accommodation? The downstairs area feels like a proper living space with a compact kitchen that’s actually functional (not just for show), while upstairs you’ve got your sleeping area that feels wonderfully separate from everything else. The modern touches are done well too — clean lines, decent lighting, and none of that dated hotel furniture that makes you feel like you’re stuck in 2005.

Earls Court gets a bit of a mixed reputation, but honestly, I think people don’t give it enough credit. You’re a quick tube ride from South Kensington’s museums, and there’s something refreshing about staying somewhere that feels more like actual London rather than tourist central. The area around the property has that lived-in neighborhood vibe during the day, with proper local cafes and shops mixed in with the visitor-oriented stuff. Plus, you know what? Parking is actually manageable around here if you’re driving, which is rare for central London.

Mornings here are pretty great actually — you can grab coffee from one of the local spots (there’s a decent place just two minutes down the road) and feel like you’re starting your day as a temporary Londoner rather than just another tourist. The duplex setup means you can spread out your stuff without feeling cramped, and having that separate living area downstairs gives you space to plan your day or just decompress after walking around the city for hours.

"Good location, very safe area, convenient apartment for short stay"
The area of Earl court, easy going, convenient for restaurants, groceries and subway station 2 minutes from the accommodation
What could be improved: So many stairs to climb until reaching the apartment with our 6 suitcases. I wouldn’t recommend it if you travel with a lot of heavy suitcases

"Excellent location ,good accommodation but needs a bit of TLC"
Location was excellent easy access to underground, lots of shops and places to eat
What could be improved: We were there for 6 nights a change of towels and a washing machine as advertised would have been good as we were travelling. Also it needed a bit of TLC and cleaning ,especially under the bed.

I liked to location and the apartment. The apartment was well furnished and the decor was nice. Kitchen was well-equipped.
What could be improved: There was no extra bedding for the sofa bed. It would be good to provide that since the place was advertised as having a sofa bed.

"Good location but not good at all."
The location is great. Right across the road from M&S and Earl’s Court Tube Station. A lovely pub right next door with multiple restaurants. Great spot.
What could be improved: The flat itself was incredibly small. It was only me and my son. I think you’d struggle with more than two people.
The house is really noisy and we were kept awake two nights in a row with the apartment above.
Very basic accommodation and definitely can’t do any kind of cooking in the kitchen other than making tea and toast.
There are about 6 flats in the house with people coming and going all the time. I really didn’t like the property at all.

"Konumu mükemmeldi 🫶👍olanaklar harikaydı 💕"
Konumunu harika!! 🤩 Evden çıkınca 2 dk da Earls Court metro istasyonuna varıyorsunuz. Etrafında restoran, market herşey var. İnanılmaz ulaşım kolaylığı olan bir daire.. mutfak yeterli, oturma alanında bulunan açılır kapanır kanepe iyiydi. Evde yastı, nevresim, havlu herşey fazla fazla vardı. Tertemiz çarşaflar ve havlular vardı. Mutfakta kapsül kahve makinesi vardı. tüm baharatlar, zeytinyağı, kahve çeşitleri, çay çeşitleri, kurabiye çeşitleri hatta makarna bile vardı. Olanaklarını çok beğendik..
What could be improved: Merdivenlerden daireye bavul taşımak çok zordu, inanılmaz dar ve dik. Ağır bavullar ile neredeyse düşüyorduk. Aynı şekilde 5. Katta bulunan bavul odasına bavul taşımak ve indirmekte çok zor oldu. 1,5 katta bulunan iki alan, belki bu iki alandan biri bavul odası olabilir? Odanın içinde yeterli dolap yok, var olan dolap çok küçük ve anca bir kişilik eşya alıyor. Dolabın askı bölümü uzun kıyafetler için uygun değil, sadece kısa gömlek asılabilir. Montları asmak için bir askı yok. Banyoda havlu bornoz asacak askı yok. Banyoda diş fırçası koyacak yer yok. Yatak iki kişi için küçük. 140x190 ölçülerinde.

Commerces d’alimentation nous n’avions que l embarras du choix !

"Τρομερή τοποθεσία"
Ήταν σε τρομερή τοποθεσία μόνο 2 λεπτά από τη στάση του μετρό και πολύ κοντά στο κέντρο (Oxford street, Piccadilly). Η επικοινωνία με τη hostess ήταν άψογη, απαντούσε αμέσως και με βοήθησε σε απορίες που είχα. Η περιοχή ασφαλής και είχε και διάφορα μαγαζιά κοντά για το βράδυ. Το δωμάτιο για τρία άτομα ήταν λίγο στενό για ζευγάρι θεωρώ θα ήταν πιο ιδανικό. Από καθαριότητα ήταν οκ είχε λίγο σκόνη αλλά σε γενικές γραμμές μια χαρά.
