Great location with the river views. Close to shops and amenities such as train station.
What could be improved: Probably due a coat of paint and many light bulbs need replaced. A cork screw and bottle opener would also be good.

Amazing views Two bathrooms Spacious for 4 people. Too small for 6 people.
What could be improved: Handle missing from the fridge door. Dining chairs need screwing, dangerous to sit on. TV is too small in the living room

"Great apartment and location"
It was a great location for our stay and beautiful views.
What could be improved: The beds were okay but I expected a double bed and not two single beds put together. This was not comfortable. I do feel having a bigger TV in the living area and also a TV in each room would benefit the stay. As if like us, there is a group stay and people staying in the living area it only allows one TV to watch which means disturbing that person. However, our stay was enjoyable and the value for money was great. The communication was very clear and helpful. We would stay again and recommend to others. It’s a lovely apartment to stay in and perfect for what we needed.

"Friends visiting the O2"
Great location overlooking the water. Lovely to sit out and watch the boats go up and down and the planes take off. Plenty of space for our group of 4 adults and very secure building. The bonus of having both a family bathroom and an ensuite was really useful for us too. High street shops and a few restaurants a few mins walk away. I would recommend the Friends cafe for breakfast/brunch.

I like the location of the building, it was right in front of the river, and it had a nice view. The kitchen was well-equipped and quite spacious for 4 people to move around.
What could be improved: The keys were located far away from the flat. They didn't tell us earlier, so once we had reached the flat, we had to book an Uber to go and collect the keys from a grocery store, which wasn't even a locker. The business managing this property had informed us that there was no key safe to collect the keys from near the flat, but I saw one inside the flat. On top of that, they told us that the building doesn't allow for a key safe to be built. But when we checked out, they asked us to keep the keys under the table, and I asked them why they didn't leave them under the table for check-in, and they said it's for safety. They need to sort out the key collection ASAP. That was a major inconvenience.

Gute Verbindungen in die City, sehr sauber (ausser der Backofen), komfortabel (genügend Handtücher, Duschgel/Shampoo), viel Platz und eine wunderschöne Aussicht!
What could be improved: Die Kleiderschränke sind nur sehr eingeschränkt nutzbar, da Bettdecken, Staubsauger usw. darin aufbewahrt sind. Zuwenig Ablagen/Haken in den Bädern. Waschpulver und Spülmaschinentabs mussten wir kaufen, ich hoffe, die nächsten Gäste haben noch was davon! Nur ein Lappen und Handtuch in der Küche000
