Overview
First Impressions
When I first walked up to Beautiful 2 bedrooms split level Fulham Apartment, I’ll admit I was a bit skeptical — the name sounds like it was written by someone’s overeager cousin. But honestly, once you step inside this four-star place on Lillie Road, you realize they weren’t exaggerating. The split-level layout actually works brilliantly, giving you that “proper home” feeling that’s hard to find in London these days.
The Space That Surprises
The apartment feels way more spacious than you’d expect for this part of town. The main living area flows nicely into a proper kitchen — not one of those cramped galley setups you usually get. I mean, there’s actual counter space where you can spread out your groceries from the Tesco down the street. The upstairs bedroom has this lovely slanted ceiling that somehow makes the whole place feel cozy rather than cramped, which is honestly a minor miracle in London property terms.
Location and Getting Around
Fulham gets overlooked compared to its flashier neighbors, but that’s actually what makes it work so well. You’re on Lillie Road, which means West Brompton station is just a few minutes’ walk — and that’s your gateway to both the District line and the Overground. The thing most visitors don’t realize is how quickly you can get to central London from here, or hop over to Earl’s Court when you want something livelier.
Daily Life Here
What I really appreciated was how the neighborhood feels like actual London rather than tourist London. There’s a proper butcher around the corner, a decent pub that locals actually use, and — this matters more than you might think — street parking that doesn’t require a mortgage. The second bedroom works perfectly if you’re traveling with friends or family, though honestly, it’s also great just for spreading out your stuff.
Why Guests Love It
Look, with a 9.4 rating, this place clearly hits the mark for most people, and I get why. It’s not trying to be something it isn’t — no pretentious lobby or overly designed spaces. Instead, you get a genuinely comfortable base in a part of London that feels authentic without being inconvenient. The split-level thing might sound gimmicky, but it actually gives you proper separation between sleeping and living areas, which matters when you’re staying somewhere for more than a night or two.

"A very enjoyable stay."
It was a very nice apartment with a bus stop very close. Lots of room for the two of us. The laundry was very handy.
What could be improved: With the apartment based on 3 floors the number of stairs needs to be disclosed in the description. People with mobility issues or heavy luggage would struggle here.

"Spacious, comfortable, well located"
Very spacious comfortable apartment with everything you could need.
Well connected - with a bus stop directly outside and tube stations 10-15 min walk away. We could get to central London in under half an hour. Restaurants and shops in walking distance also.
Host was friendly, had great communication with fast replies and kindly allowed us to check in early.
Thanks for a lovely stay!

"Our London home away from home"
We stayed here for a week in London with our daughter and my husband, and it was simply perfect. We actually came back for the second year in a row, as we loved it so much last time. The apartment is beautiful, very clean, nicely furnished, and with a clear separation between the living area and the bedrooms, which makes it very comfortable for a family stay.
The host is extremely kind and responsive: we had a small issue one evening and even though it was late, he immediately replied to my message and helped us solve it. The location is also good, away from the tourist chaos, yet only about 15 minutes’ walk from the nearest tube station

"Exceptional"
Beautiful house, in a quiet area, for us perfect location (near my daughter’s summer school), but anyway only a 10 minute walk from the metro; guest was kind and helpful; in the house there was everything and clean

Loved the location of the property as well as the cleanliness and attentiveness of Alex. Wonderful place to stay if touring in London.

"Clean and comfortable stay close to The Queen’s Club"
The property was very clean with good sized rooms. We liked that there was an extra toilet as well as the one in the bathroom. It was in a fantastic location for us visiting The Queen’s Club which was just a few streets away.
What could be improved: The only negative was the television. Not sure if it was old, but we struggled getting it to work with the remote control (maybe new batteries needed?). Disappointed as couldn’t get terrestrial/freeview channels. We did watch live TV via iPlayer but couldn’t get ITVX to work.
