"Great convenient studio apartment near Kings Cross- we had a nice stay!"
Very convenient location near Kings Cross, restaurants, shops, walkable to many sights, next to great pub. It’s a comfortable place with all the essentials. Bed was very comfortable. Host was responsive. Host provided fan as we were there during heat wave.
What could be improved: A few small details like soap in bathroom was near empty and no formal toilet paper holder.

"Passable"
We arrived as a family of 4, and I only found 2 towels available. After I notify the management, they are able to send over more towels. However, the towels smell bed. They left enough toilet paper with us. After I mentioned there is no washer detergent on site, they sent one the next day.
What could be improved: I’ve traveled to more than 40 countries and I’m a Booking.com Level 3 user. This is the first time I feel compelled to write such a negative review, as my stay was truly disappointing. The host was responsive, but none of the issues were properly resolved. We stayed in the apartment for a week. - I booked this apartment specifically because it advertised a “king bed.” However, when I arrived late at night with my two children, I discovered that the bed was only 1.5m wide, and the sofa bed had no linen provided. When I raised this with the management company, they claimed that in the UK a king bed means 1.5m—something that was never clarified in the listing. - With two beds opened in the room, there was barely any space to move. One bed even blocked the entrance, making it difficult to enter or exit the apartment. - The kettle provided was dirty and smelled unpleasant. After I complained, the management replaced it, but the new one was a cheap plastic model that reeked of chemicals. We couldn’t use it at all. - The building itself felt inappropriate for accommodation—more like a converted warehouse. Noise was constant, with voices and footsteps clearly audible from outside and the stairwell. The host refunded me $26, but compared to the amount I paid, this was insignificant and did not reflect the inconvenience we experienced. - Shower water very small.

"TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE"

What could be improved: We booked for four people, and when we arrived at the room at 11:00 PM, there was only clean bedding for two people. The bedding on the sofa bed was wrinkled and clearly dirty; it hadn't been washed since the previous guests. The sheets had many visible stains and hairs. We tried to contact the accommodation, but they didn't answer. Booking.com assured us they would rebook us, and we had to wander around looking for hotels until 1:00 AM when we finally found a room (everything was full). Now both Booking.com and the accommodation are refusing to refund our reservation; we paid double for the night. AVOID THIS ACCOMMODATION AT ALL COSTS.

"Extremely shady business practice. Broken furniture. Steer Clear."

What could be improved: Arrived and the bed was completely broken. Took a video of it and sent it to the manager that was listed in contacts. He was responsive and friendly. He blamed the cleaning company for not informing them of a broken bed, apologised and offered a 'Maintenance Man' to come around and fix it but wasn't able to give and ETA. He also offered a sofabed instead but that wasn't what I paid for. So within one hour of arriving I returned the keys and informed Booking and the Manager I was going to book another place and would like a refund. A week on and still no refund, on top of that they have had the nerve to send me a damage claim for the bed when I was waiting for a refund and in the apartment for less than an hour. In all my years I've never come across such a rubbish experience.

What could be improved: Z opisu wynika że mieszkanie ma 70m2 a tak na prawdę ma jedynie ok 40m2. Ponieważ mieszkanie położona jest na parterze podłoga jest bardzo zimna. W umywalce w łazience nie ma ciepłej wody. W mieszkaniu nie ma miejsca żeby rozpakować bagaże.

Dat we na een verblijf van 7 nachten weer konden vertrekken uit dit slechts 30 m2 grootte en volgestouwde kippenhok (slechts 6.50 x 4.50 meter).
What could be improved: Jarenlange reiservaring met Booking.com. Genius Level 3. Deze verhuurder was een dieptepunt. VOLSTREKT MISLEIDENDE INFORMATIE op Booking.com! Geen 70 m2, zoals vermeld toen wij boekten, geen 42 m2, maar 30 m2. Ongeschikt voor 4 personen. Als de slaapbank staat uitgeklapt, heb je geen ruimte meer en kun je de kamer nauwelijks uit. GEEN aparte slaapkamer, schandalig dat dit zo op Booking.com staat vermeld! In tegenstelling tot wat op Booking.com staat; ook GEEN vaatwasser, geen microwave, geen wasdroger, geen bureau, geen kledingrek, geen droogrek en een schamele keukenuitrusting. Wij hadden 7 dagen lang GEEN WiFi en 7 dagen een tv zonder ontvangst (no signal). Wij troffen bij aankomst een bed met onfrisse en onprettig ruikende lakens en onfrisse handdoeken. Een matrashoes met vlekken. Alles daags daarna gelijk gewassen. In de badkamer een wastafel met uitsluitend koud water en lekkende douchecabine. Dit alles daags na aankomst bij de host gemeld. Die veinsde betrokkenheid en verwees ons door naar ene Kris, die zogenaamd aanspreekbaar zou zijn voor alle problemen. Via WhatsApp, SMS en email echter geen reactie van Kris. Deze studio ligt in een deels overdekte steeg, grenzend aan een pub. De hele avond staan er luid pratende en lol makende bezoekers voor je raam te roken en te drinken. Hetgeen hen uiteraard niet kwalijk valt te nemen. Maar wil je op tijd naar bed, dan is dat wel zo lastig. Om inkijk te voorkomen, het rolgordijn de hele dag dicht gehouden en met plakband afgeplakt. Feitelijk is deze studio niet geschikt voor verhuur. Dit bedrijf is totaal niet geïnteresseerd in het welbevinden van z'n gasten. Het gaat ze alleen maar om het geld. Reeds gemelde klachten en opmerkingen worden niet opgelost. De misleidende informatie op Booking.com laten ze doodleuk staan. Met het voorgaande sluiten wij ons aan wat andere gasten ook al hebben opgemerkt. Blijf daar weg. Zoek wat anders voor je dure geld. Er is genoeg te vinden in Londen, ook dicht bij Kings Cross.
