"A larger apartment in a nice neighborhood that was easy to explore the city."
The apartment was clean and spacious. The apartment was comfortable for our extended family. Lots of room for us the sleep and storage for our belongings. Convenient to the Angel station and then King Cross. Great neighborhood.
What could be improved: The only negative was that the directions for the lock box to get the key were wrong. Added stress to the start of the vacation.

Great property and location, close to the Angel train station and a variety of bus stops, giving easy access to anywhere in London. The courtyard was a really good added bonus.
What could be improved: The lock box jammed one evening and we were stuck outside with 2 young children who had had a long day out and really needed to just be able to get to bed. On phoning for support or someone to let us in, the advice was to 'shake the lock box'! We had already tried this multiple times without success, and it took a a really hard clout to get it open. I think a new lock box is needed to prevent this happening to other guests - there was also water in it, so it is not watertight.

Location is good, close to bus stop and underground station. Have washer and dryers. Have more blankets
What could be improved: It is actually downstairs, only the kitchen and living room are on the first floor as same level as street. The laundry room smells bad, and the door hit my head so many times, wish can have a “caution” sign there. The showers rooms drains very slow.

Bellissimo appartamento in un quartiere molto comodo per gli spostamenti, vicino alla metro e raggiungibile velocemente dalla stazione di Liverpool Street. Comunicazione ed assistenza super attiva e veloce, abbiamo avuto un problema col ferro da stiro e ce lo hanno risolto in brevissimo tempo! La cucina ha a disposizione tutto quello che serve e le camere sono ampie e confortevoli.
