"Very nice, great location, lovely apartment. Will stay again next time we are in London"
This is a very lovely, spacious apartment in a very convenient, quiet location near DLR and the Elizabeth Line. 15 minute walk to Excel. Local supermarkets and restaurants.
What could be improved: The apartment was superficially clean but needed a deep clean particularly windows, wall tiles and the oven. Also a note for anyone taking a car, the apartment is in the LEZ so it is £12.50 a day if you move the car but not if it stays parked. Parking is on the road but very quiet and big spaces, it is £20 for 24 hours, not bad for London, but is aggressively controlled, we got a £60 ticket 12 minutes after the 24 hours expired. We saw many cars with tickets issued. Parking is clearly not controlled by the apartment owners but this info may prove helpful.

"Great place to stay for business"
Location is definitely amazing. It was so easy to reach the place that I needed. Comfy bed, great bathroom.
What could be improved: Unfortunately, I wasn't prepared that hairdryer wasn't provided. I mean when you should be in the meeting in the morning and you are staying with the wet hair and have no time to stay at home more longer... that's sad.

"Great location & modern contemporary style.."
The location was excellent for the London Excel. A nice apartment & spacious. Great meet & greet!
What could be improved: There were areas of the apartment that were not cleaned to the highest standard. There was items from a previous guest left in the kitchen & bathroom. The apartment was very warm & would be of benefit to have a fan to use.

Location was safe, transportation options were train or ferry, grocery store was convenient, good but limited restaurant options within walking distance, comfortable walking paths along the Thames River, easy access to London City Airport.

Immaculate friendly and comfortable apartment the host was very welcoming explaining everything to us. Excellent value for money will return some day
What could be improved: Nothing everything was great. Maybe a few more shops near by would have been better but otherwise it was great.

Change the sofa and bed as it’s used quite a bit including mattress not that comfortable at all Beddings could be changed to new as it’s bubbled up and old Towels could be fresh and new even though the current ones are confortable Bathroom could do with complimentary shower gel and lotion
