But here’s what I really appreciate — you can walk to the Thames Path in under five minutes, and that stretch along the river toward Battersea feels almost secret compared to the touristy bits further east. The new US Embassy is practically next door, which has brought some interesting cafés and shops to the area.

The Room Experience

The room I stayed in was smartly designed — not huge, but they’ve maximized every inch without making it feel cramped. Large windows let in plenty of natural light, and the soundproofing is actually impressive considering you’re in central London. The bed was properly comfortable (I’m picky about this), and the bathroom felt contemporary with a decent-sized shower. What struck me most was the attention to practical details — enough outlets, good lighting for reading, and storage that actually makes sense.

Amenities & Service

The on-site restaurant serves modern European dishes that are better than they need to be for a hotel this size. I mean, you’re not going to write home about it, but it’s solid food that won’t disappoint. The staff genuinely seem to know the neighborhood well — they pointed me toward a brilliant little coffee shop on Wandsworth Road that I never would’ve found otherwise. There’s also secure parking available, which is actually a big deal in this part of London if you’re driving.

"Place is very good if the bed bugs problem is sorted"
Location is perfect - very close to the city centre, 4 rooms for a big family of 8 are ideal, design of the house is pleasant, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary staff, little garden area with the big lemon tree to enjoy the good weather,
What could be improved: The second floor left hand side room double sized mattress infested with bedbugs. On the second day of our stay our friend was bitten so badly that she had to sleep downstairs till rest of our holiday. It was our first time we decide to book a house instead of a hotel and this particular fact was very shocking. Overall house seemed quite clean. But when we were doing our exercise on the ground floor the area under the sofas seemed never been cleaned before.

The Property was big and comfortable. The Kitchen had a lot of Facilities. The property is very close to underground station so its convenient to get to other parts of the city

"convenient location , will be a better place to stay if not in Summer."
The convenient location with supermarket , eatery and transport all within short walking distance
What could be improved: The garden/Terrace is not maintained and full of mosquitoes & spider webs . Rooms were hot in summer & insufficient fans were provided , we had to open up all the windows to allow ventilation which also invited a lot of flying insects & mosquitoes in the house. And there was no dryer in the unit which was states in the description of the stay

What could be improved: All the blinds are quite broken and don't work well. And we found some more things broken. The house needs a checking.

The location of the apartment is convenient. Just a few minutes walk to the metro location and can arrive city centre by metro or by bus in 20 minutes. There has a supermarket and restaurants near the apartment that is very convenient for meal and buying things. The apartment has 4 bedroom and 2 washrooms that is suitable for family and group of friends. The staff, Owen is very helpful and responsive. We always receive prompt reply from him when we have inquiry.
What could be improved: The water power seems inadequate especially when 2 people take at the same time.

"Lovely weekend base for exploring London"
Great location, easy to find and access. Lovely back garden to relax in. Modern and clean decor and amenities. Bed fairly comfortable. Good value for money.
What could be improved: The back gate lock was really fiddly, struggled to get it to lock when leaving the property. This could do with looking at/replacing ideally!

"A proper townhouse, well appointed and fully functional"
Quaint little townhouse which comfortably accommodates eight guests, as advertised. Generally well appointed and nicely decorated. Pleasant little backyard with a real lemon tree - who would have thought? Convenient if slightly dodgy neighbourhood.
What could be improved: Would have been nice to find more than one roll of toilet paper or that one remaining tablet for the dishwasher.

"Nice place but not so helpful host/contact person"
very nice appartment in a good location, close to communications. The photos did suggest a much larger garden and room, but it did work for 7 people when adjusting the furniture for sitting i different areas in the room. The garden place was very nice, but not cleaned at all for the season - maybe the summer arrived supprisingly fast...
What could be improved: Booking info was that someone will meet at the location with the key, but that was no correct. It was two codes we needed to receive in a specific app, and dispite we were standing outside, and did not have the app or wi-fi connection we needed to arrange to download it and get the codes there before we were allowed to enter. We called the contact several times explaining the situation, we have payed all in advance and we explained also before that there will be two groups of people arriving, and that the main contact was to come later. As we all know there is seldom internetconnection in planes, and not everybody has a phoneservice visiting UK, so it was not difficult to understand that the problem was real and not an attempt to cheat - as we have payed the deposition allready as well!
