It’s one of those four-star places that feels more like staying in someone’s really well-designed home than a typical hotel, which honestly makes sense given the apartment setup.

The Space

The room itself is pretty generous by London standards, with that open-plan thing going on that makes everything feel bigger than it probably is. You’ve got a proper kitchen — not some tiny corner with a mini-fridge, but actual counter space where you could cook if you wanted to. The whole place has this modern, clean vibe without feeling sterile, and those floor-to-ceiling windows really are the star of the show here.

Location & Neighborhood

Being right off Faraday Road puts you in this interesting spot where you’re technically in Kensington and Chelsea but you’re also walking distance to Notting Hill’s famous Portobello Market. It’s actually pretty brilliant — you get that upscale Chelsea feel but with easier access to the more eclectic, touristy bits. The tube connections aren’t bad either, though you know how London transport goes.

What Makes It Special

Here’s what I really appreciated: the views change throughout the day, and if you’re lucky enough to get a west-facing unit, the sunset thing is pretty spectacular. The building itself feels solid and well-maintained, not like some of those converted places where you can hear everything. There’s decent parking nearby too, which anyone who’s driven in this part of London will tell you is basically a miracle.

"Enjoyable stay, despite experiencing a few functional issues which unfortunately was only met with lip services."
Good location for our purpose. Apartment was spacious, modern , clean and comfortable.
What could be improved: Apartment was very cold on arrival, took several hours to warm through. Other issues included unable to connect to Wifi for the duration of the stay, unable to use cooker hob , no instructions available. Tv not working, possibly due to no wifi. Issues reported to the host , but no action taken despite agreeing to send someone out.

"Great location and spacious flat"
Great location in a nice neighborhood and close to public transportation. Very spacious apartment, Almost everything was either new or in a really good condition.
What could be improved: Guest service is available only up to 18:00, after that its only for an emergency. We got to the place late from the airport and found out there was no baby crib and chair like we ordered. Luckily they brought it the day after. The dishwasher wasn’t working but we didn’t want someone to come in and fix it while we were out.

"A nice apartment in a great location."
Smart, modern well located apartment. There were fans in the unit which was good as the windows could not be left open overnight and be private.
What could be improved: Some maintenance issues were identified on arrival but the host responded promptly. There could be better instructions on how the lighting, cooling etc are operated.

"Very good"
Location - very bear Portobello Road. Loads of cafes and shops around. Decent distance from the nearest tube station but not ideal for people who are not used to walking. Also, there was a playground just across the apartment which was very ideal for families with kids. We had an apartment located on the 5th floor and watching the sunset from the property was a nice addition to the stay. Cleanliness - very well maintained apartment and very clean. Space and facilities - It was spacious and kitchen was complete with basic tools needed for cooking. Although, would've been helpful if there were condiments available in the pantry for basoc cooking. Plenty of towels for use and bathroom was very spacious. There was also an en suite in one of the bigger rooms. Beds and pillows were comfy and the bedrooms were roomy as well. Cots are available upon request.
What could be improved: Key collection on weekends. No one was available to meet us at the door of the apartment itself but we had to collect the key from a hotel near Paddington Station. It's a good thing we were coming from that station. Although, still not ideal for us because we had 2 very small kids and visitors who were not used to walking. So this scenario was a bit difficult for us and took a lot of precious holiday time away from us. Would have rated this 10/10 if not because of this issue.

"Lovely clean and tastefully decorated apartment. Felt very safe and had great bakery, Italian and corner shop few yards"
Everything you need for a break away was provided, for example toilet roll, kitchen roll, cleaning products etc. Lovely quiet location with great facilities.
What could be improved: Unfortunately some damage had been done by previous guests, like marks on the paint and damage to the coffee table.
