First Impressions
The Park View Serviced Apartment – Next to Northolt Tube Station – Near Central London & Wembley honestly surprised me — in the best way possible. I’ll admit, I wasn’t expecting much from a serviced apartment tucked away on a quiet residential street in Northolt, but this place has a charm that grows on you. It’s one of those unique boutique spots that doesn’t fit into the usual hotel categories, and that’s actually what makes it interesting.
Location Smart
Here’s the thing about staying in Northolt — you’re getting the best of both worlds without the Central London price tag. The Northolt tube station is literally a two-minute walk away, which means you can be in the heart of London in about 30 minutes on the Central line. I mean, that’s faster than some people’s commute from Zone 2. Plus, if you’re heading to Wembley for an event, you’re looking at maybe 15 minutes on the tube — honestly can’t beat that timing.
The Space
What I really appreciated was having an actual kitchen to work with. The apartment setup means you’ve got proper counter space, a full-sized fridge, and everything you need if you want to grab groceries from the Tesco down the road instead of eating out every meal. The room itself feels more like a small flat than a hotel — there’s something refreshing about having space to actually unpack and settle in for a few days.
Neighborhood Feel
Thirsk Close is one of those quiet residential streets where you’ll see locals walking their dogs and kids playing in small front gardens. It’s properly suburban, which I know might not sound exciting, but after a day of navigating crowded London streets, coming back to this peaceful corner feels like a mini retreat. There’s a decent pub called The Plough about five minutes away, and honestly, chatting with locals there gave me better London tips than any guidebook.
Why It Works
Look, this isn’t going to be everyone’s cup of tea — if you want to stumble out your front door into Covent Garden, this isn’t your spot. But if you’re someone who values space, quiet, and easy transport links over being in the thick of everything, the Park View Serviced Apartment makes a lot of sense. The parking situation is straightforward too, which is rare for anywhere London-adjacent. You’re paying significantly less than you would for comparable space in central zones, and with Northolt’s tube connections, you’re really not sacrificing much in terms of accessibility. It’s the kind of place that works particularly well if you’re staying more than just a night or two — having that extra room to breathe makes all the difference.

"No Shower"
The room was homely and beds we comfortable and clean. Clean towels and toiletries.
What could be improved: The main thing that spoiled our stay was the shower ran cold and did not even become like warm so myself and 2 teenaged daughters could not even attempt to shower. The room was clean but not down the side of the beds.

"Cheap but unclean property"
Room was a decent price for London, albeit on the edge, and nice to have a private bedroom. The heating made it nice and warm.
What could be improved: There were a number of issues. This morning the kitchen was locked, so couldn't access the "included breakfast". The bedroom and shared bathroom weren't clean and our bed was covered in cat hair. The window handle was broken, so couldn't fully close it at night to reduce the outside noise.

"Good location for Wembley."
Comfortable bed with clean towels.
Great location for Wembley. The tube stop is a couple of minutes walk away.
Fine for a room for the night- no frills but we were just there to sleep.
We didn't use the kitchen.

Self check in - no contact with owners.
What could be improved: Had to chase for room codes and access.
Shared bathroom.
Other guests were quite noisy early in the morning.

"Basic but suitable/acceptable for a place to crash for the night!"
The location was very good as we were here for one night to attend the football at Wembley. Uber from the property was only £11 or you can easily access the train stations too! Property let me know all information needed to access my room in a reasonable time on the day of arrival! Clean bedding. Suitable for somewhere to crash for the night for the price!
What could be improved: With others also staying at the property, you are unaware of who you are sharing kitchen/bathroom with. Doors and walls thin so you are aware of others in other rooms. Reminds me of hostel/uni accommodation. Stair access only to enter property.

"Disappointing"
The best thing about this stay was that the location was excellent everything was within a few minutes walk. Public transport was easily accessible. The instructions to enter the property was straight forward. The parking was outside the property. Clean towels and toiletries were provided. The place was well lighted and heated. Our arrival was very pleasant.
What could be improved: The bathroom was, shared but during our stay, we were the only people there so it was not an issue. However, the shower plate was really dirty. The rest of the place was clean. Although, during booking, it says breakfast was included, we had no idea what we could or couldn't eat. There's was very little milk. Cereal was out of the question. After 1 cup of tea, no more milk!! I contacted the owner and he said he would get housekeeping to sort it out. But it didn't happen. The fridge was full of food but we didn't think it was for us. Unfortunately, no one came while we were there to clarify what was available. I would suggest that the owner needs to inform the guests on arrival. Because the shops are in close proximity, we could have got our own supply. The bedroom was very cluttered with furniture, but we managed.

"OK."
The bedroom was clean and comfortable.
What could be improved: On arrival, my Booking.com app was not working properly so I tried to ring the host in order to get the access code but the host was not answering the phone. This was very frustrating. Fortunately a cleaning lady was around and was able to assist me in getting access. The phone number provided by the host for problematic situations should be one that the host or the host´s team answers at all times.

"Disappointed to say the least, on a plus side the room was very clean as was the toilet/shower room."
The room was clean and tidy
What could be improved: I requested access for between 12.00 and 13.00, I had an email saying "if this can be accommodated" They never said yes or no so I arrived at the time requested to be told I cannot get access until 15.00 when the would email me admission codes to the front door and my room.
There was no way to access the WI-FI has there was no one there to get the code from and nothing in the property with the wi-fi code.
There was some breakfast cereal in the shared kitchen, I did not know if it was for me or not so left it, A bit of dated fruit in a bowl,
