What sets this four-star property apart is how it actually feels like having your own London flat rather than just another hotel room. Each unit comes with a proper kitchen, which means you can stock up on groceries from the nearby Waitrose or cook with finds from the market. The space is thoughtfully designed — not huge by any means, but cleverly laid out so everything has its place. You know what I appreciated most? The washing machine, because nobody wants to pack three weeks’ worth of clothes.

The building maintains that period character on the outside but doesn’t sacrifice modern comfort inside. "Lovely stay, will book again!"
The place is about 6-8min walk to the tube and just the bus stop is around the corner.. Area is nice, there are many restaurants, shops and supermarkets around. The details stated and pictures of the appartment was accurate. They provided me proper details on the check-in and check-on which was smooth.
The entrance has a narrow staircase so be cautious if you have a big bag and there is no lift. The appartment was good for London standard with basic amenities and the kitchen was well equipped too. The appartment was clean and the bed was so comfy I guess my issue was the pillow which was very soft. However, it's a personal preference. Overall stay really good and enjoyed it.
What could be improved: Narrow staircase, small entrance to the appartment and the pillows.

Location and was warm and cosy
What could be improved: There was a lot of noise from upstairs even after 10pm, sounded like they were moving furniture. That was first night, after that all was ok

Great little apartment high above Notting Hill. Excellent eating and drinking opportunities nearby.
What could be improved: 4 flights of stairs, no lift.

"Great location, great sleep and shower"
The location was great. 5 minutes walk to the tube. Great coffee house nearby with excellent coffee. Holland Park and High Park are not far and walkable. Great restaurants nearby.. busy road but we were at the back of the building so the room was quiet. The bed was firm and comfortable. The shower pressure was great. The room had a small kitchen with a table and two chairs and a shower room. Tea and coffee.were available in the room.
What could be improved: The shower room was perfectly formed but on the small size.

very spacious, quiet, clean, great value for money and well located, also had all the amenities you'd need, e.g. coffee, shower gel, plenty of towels. Comfy bed too

"Really enjoyed our stay in Notting Hill."
We were very happy with our choice of Notting Hill apartments for our stay in London.
It is within walking distance to markets, restaurants and pubs and public transport to all other places of interest around London.
What could be improved: There’s no aircon at the apartment. Probably not really needed most of the year in London, but we certainly could have used it mid-August at night. We would leave the window open at night and run a small fan in front of it to get some air circulation.

"Great location."
Great location, quiet and great to have a balcony.
What could be improved: Pillows were terrible. Bathroom had smell due to poor water drainage. Only just enough kitchen equipment, would have been nice to have more than 2 of everything.
